If you remember that when too many people called him out on his hateful lying ways, he would "apologize" by using another unregistered sock. And at the same time use other unregistered socks to "agree/support" him and encourage him. And not only does "Preacherliar" have the exact same viewpoints, lying ways, and hatred, he did the exact same sock puppet "apology" when pressed, and use of other socks to "agree/support" him at those times.

Same psycho.

Just wanted to be clear that Christianity is not “religious faith is belief without evidence”. Why would using the Bible as evidence of your deity is "begging the question" or "circular reasoning"? If a document records some event in the past that is not begging the question nor circular reasoning. If the Bible records that Jesus rose from the dead and it gives eyewitness accounts to this claim that is not begging the question nor circular reasoning. Rather it is a historical record of the event. If this is begging the question or circular reasoning, then all events of the ancient past would be begging the question or circular reasoning.
Sure it's circular reasoning you idiot, as it's using the book of lies to "prove" itself. It's no more valid than using a Batman comic book to "prove" Batman exists.

A person can claim to know that God exist because the Bible has been shown to be historically reliable. However, this would not be the only reason to believe God exist. Other pieces of evidence and reason could also be used to support the claim that God exist and has interacted in history. The Bible also teaches certain things for a person to know that God exist and if applied can know this personally.
Even if the Bible as a collection of books was decided by a group of ex-pagans that would not mean it’s not true.
Just your usual word gymnastics of total gibberish.

Your book of lies has soooo >>>NOT<<< been "proven" reliable. You are just parroting the bigoted OPINIONS of other poor brainwashed Christbots.

Probably right. Even smart people can err in fundamental issues.
And even more dumb ones can err on religious issues. Take Christinsanity for a good example of that.

Too bad you deleted the most important definition that is directly related to your mythology:
Belief that is not based on proof.
Which means you fell for a pack of lies without even asking for PROOF.
Jeff wrote:

Help me out. What you believe has no proof either. Right?
I have a lifetime of spiritual experiences that have given me verifiable answers, spiritual gifts that have proven themselves countless times over, and have met/experienced the real God several times, etc,. Which has given me more than enough proof.

You Christians on the other hand, only read a book of silly mythology about a demonic "god" that does not exist outside of the book of lies and the delusions of all those brainwashed by the book of lies. Furthermore, it has given you NO spiritual answers or experience. So you all just flounder around just making wild guesses about your silly placebo "spiritual" beliefs and fight amongst yourselves.

Stating facts about your mythology is not hate.

Hate is what your demonic "god" teaches with his you're all "special" and everyone else is lost, sinful, unsaved, thieves, swine, etc. To make you hate everyone not part of your evil cult.

And you have no spiritual answers, so are a waste of my and everyone else's time.

Just what is faith to you, can anyone answer this question? Please try to answer it with FACTS from the Bible....
What kind of faith are you talking about?

Blind faith?
Miscalculated faith?
Calculated faith?
Childlike faith?

Mechanical faith?
Levels of fath?
Adminstrations of faith?
Denominations of faith?
Unyielding faith?

How can anyone answer your question regarding faith with FACTS when faith does not require facts, but an inner sense of knowing and is subjective to the individual. Faith really is between the individual and God and does not require your validation.

It would be really nice if you would cut and paste the scripture verses. Do you know how to do that? It's quite simple, really. Otherwise, it's meaningless.

I don't have time to look these all up. I am not a student of your bible "studuy" academy.

Yes, it would appear that many in this forum think themselves to be the most devout Christians, but their words prove otherwise. They are not "here to answer, share, the gospels" or "sometimes common sense" but rather to devour, destroy, wound and kill the spirits of people who do not subscribe to the same way of thought in which these "Christians" do not use any common sense at all.

What kind of empirical and falsifiable evidence would I need for God?
It is not begging the question to use the Bible as a record for how God has interacted in history if these things really happened. If these event did happen then that would be proof for the existence of God. These records are not the only pieces of evidence for the existence of God. I actually have a “chain” of evidences for the existence of God. I don’t need to rely on just one argument. I can argue for the existence of God without using the Bible. The Bible though tells us who this God is that exist.
Atheism or naturalism does not carry this kind of weight for its beliefs.
"What kind of empirical and falsifiable evidence would I need for God?"

You could start by praying a stick into a snake.

Sure, Jeff, you can argue for the existence of God without using the Bible but all those arguments are flawed. That's why the question at hand is 'What is Faith?'.

Why are fundies so stupid, Jeff? Answer me that. If the Bible is proof that the Bible is true then every book is proof that every book is true. The stupid part comes in making a unique exception of an old book that is clearly loaded with myth and legend.

Is that similar to 'ought to do','should have done','suppose to do'?

I hate those little sayings.
Never work out anyways.
Those are guilt trips that I usually shrug off.
