This offbeat and colorful Hollywood (USA) movie starring Joan Allen tells the strange and memorable tale of two average American teenagers who find themselves transported inside an imaginary morally predictable town and begin to spread seditious thoughts of rebelliousness which oddly enough begins to make the town residents actually more open minded to libertine violence-free dialogue.

Are they printing movie posters on hemp/recycled paper yet?

God bless!

wow i really enjoyed this movie and just by watching this movie it made me want to grow up in the 50's beacause the time seemed easy nice and ofcourse Pleasant. times when people were joyful and happy. to bad i didn't grow up in the 1950's but if i did i would be more appercited of everything that i have and Pleasantville teaches us that lesson and that the worl isn't so perfect and not everything should be in black and white.
