movies: psycho food

Shocking Hollywood (USA) movies such as "The Ninth Gate" (1999) and "American Psycho" (2000) explore humanity's fascination with being tempted towards crime.

Psychologists as well as lawmakers know that criminals often turn to a life of crime out of desperation, poverty, or frustration. Indeed, many are therefore categorized as "criminally insane."

In "The Ninth Gate" (1999), a shrewd book collector stumbles upon a strange quest to recover a mystical but diabolical text that is supposed to stir a person's feelings of blasphemy and lust.

In "American Psycho" (2000), a smart but cunning yuppie meditates on the seductive qualities of anarchy and mayhem and journeys into the strange and violent world of unflinching murder.

Perhaps psychosis-themed Hollywood (USA) movies such as these suggest that populist franchises such as Planet Hollywood restaurant chain are as equally representative of civility desires as they are of mayhem avoidance.

Are they printing movie posters on hemp/recycled paper yet?

God bless!
