My wife over the last few yrs has found a very deep faith. I am not much of a church man. But do truly believe in god! I treat people right and he is in many decisions in my life. She spends 20 - 27 hours a week at church, studying the Bible and other church classes. I feel very neglected. And she is unable to help me understand. Am I being ridiculous????

Is she going 7 days a week? So when you say "found faith" does that mean she has just become a Christian?

I believe that it should be in this order..........

God
Family
Church

God wants us to love Him with all our hearts, but to take care of our families also.

If she is spending that much time away from home, I think you need to inquire about what she is learning and mt personal opinion is that you should attend the class with her to ind out just what she is gaining from the course.....Think about it?

Then our son
Her church friends
Then me. But not much left at that point

It should never be like that......I don't trust this alpha. I guess I need to read more about it. Even though, no matter what denomination, God will never require us to neglect our families.

I don't believe in the Catholic faith myself, to me its teachings are in direct denial of the written Word of God. Not trying to be mean....

RELIGION HAS drove a wedge in more than your Marriage, I KNOW one personally , no one one TOPIX but Some people go overboard with Religion, and submerge themselves in it. Of Course you are feeling neglected, its best for man and woman BOTH to be involved in Religion, it causes less of what you are going thru. IF both are not involved, the Devil will use the situation to make BOTH unhappy. Some Religions put the wrong thoughts in Peoples head. GOD DOESEN'T WANT A FAILED MARRIAGE! HOW is she the rest of the time at home? IS ANYTHING , being neglected other that your time. Theres 168 hours in a week, and 20 -27 hours leaves, 141 hours. IF she had an outside job she would put in more than 20-27 hrs. WOMEN CHRISTIANS don't neglect you husbands, unreasonably. OK?
Salvation it not salvation.
