"We want to break that open so these [scientists] feel safe enough to come out and express their disbelief, or at least their questions, about Darwinism without having their careers crushed. I'm hoping this film will be a catalyst to help drive that. We've got a long way to go, but the goal here is freedom in science…when people can freely discuss ideas, the truth will come." ...

1 I've brought up the subject here several times regarding the role of "politics" in science but no one has cared to take me up on it. Non-Christians constantly bewoe what they call the atrocities of Christianity and fail to recognize the role and dangers of manipulative leaders. I recommend they all take a look see at this film and perhaps learn from it. I wouldn't mind listening to them so much if they could actually have a real conversation rather than spouting all the one-sided views they've adopted from the last newest Athiest propoganda that's been released. At least we have chapters and verses to refer them to, and which author spoke on a given subject. And, mor importantly, a stated goal. See ya at the movies! I'm forgoing supper for pop-corn..... |

It won't be long until the scientific political police (SPP)will attack with words of "unfair", "underhanded", and "unscientific." All of their objections are "unsatisfactory." Then the neo-Atheist Nazis will add their bombastic questions and sneers. They do not like facts but like "everyone that is knowledgeable knows" and other snide remarks. Good for you Theresa.
Not only is there the "politics" in science but there is also the morals of science. In 2005, Hwang Woo-suk was Korea's scientific scientific wonder. He had an institute, even a stamp created in his honor. He had received many millions of dollars for his stem cell research. Scientific American named him science researcher of the year. He was published in Science. He was a fraud and a liar. It was found that not one human embryonic stem cell had been cloned. He confessed and was fired. He has moved and still receives mucho bucks from people for stem cell research. |

1 So please, throw your money at this piece of dreck, I'm sure some tv preacher has an investment in this and will laugh at you all the way to the bank. Bah, bah, bah, sheep. http://www.expelledexposed.com/ Read this site, if you dare. |

I would LOVE to see it but it is showing nowhere near where I live. Not that I need to see a movie exposing the know nothing Darwinists for what they are, IDIOTS!!

1 Benny Hinn followers? I thought that was you. Benny's followers won't be there. They will either be filling out the address on another envelope (with donation) they're sending in for prayer, or doing....whatever it is that you do. As for taking the "logical" stand, you certainly blew that cover when you lumped all Christians into Benny's band. |

2 I'm pretty sure the movie is about science not accepting scientists that can accept intelligent design. It's all tied up in the name, you know- "Expelled", in reference to the way those scientists are treated. I can't believe I had to explain that to you. LOL I get it - you thought "Expelled" meant they would be thrown out of heaven for not believing in ID? You really should go see the movie, if for no other reason than being able to speak about it intelligently. |

1 Evidence!? They don't need no stinking evidence!! All they need is faith that their version "god" is the right one! Oh... and "facts" are just annoying bits of useless information if they don't fit their "answer" for everything. |

1 Oh... Richard Dawkins is still a hero in my book. He's gotten a lot of free publicity from the "Expelled" fiasco. Of course, he thinks the film is complete trash. He's probably right. But, it's good to keep an open mind. If there is anything to be said for "design," it is that evolution is responsible. |

1 Yeah. I can see it now. Get a bunch of friends, rent the movie, and then treat it like MST3K...heckle all the way through. Should be loads of fun. Can't do that in the theater though. They will "expell" you for bursting into raucous laughter in the theater when Ben says something particularly stupid. |

1 WTF are you talking about? That's exactly the sort of people that will go see this thing. Benny and his friends tell people what they want to hear, and they go "Baaaah, here's my money!", which is exactly what you will do with this movie. You'll gladly plunk down $8.50 to hear what you want to hear, without questioning one word of it. Meanwhile the hacks that made this thing will be lighting cigars on the beach with hundred dollar bills thinking of new ways to take your money, sheep. Too bad you and the Evil One (Wayne) refuse to see that. But hey, it's your money... ...baaaah, baaah, baaaah. |

1 Well, the usual suspects, with no life, are here. Not only is there the "politics" in science but there is also the morals of science. In 2005, Hwang Woo-suk lied about stem cell research cloning a human and was disgraced. But then that is a fact and when did these neoatheists ever let facts get into their way. Would you drive a car designed by one of them? It would only turn left, run over pregnant women, automatically stop to pick up some Islam radicals, then get blown apart by some mysterious force which they will claim is a vast right wing conspiracy. |
