Four out of 10 families with children have cut down on what they spend on food to help pay for their housing costs in the past year, says the housing and homlessness charity Shelter.

Beats me. The per capita income of my census designated place (CDP) is twenty-two percent of the national average and we're all struggling to pay anything. If you don't send me sixty bucks real quick they're going to turn off my phone. Goodbye Topix.
