God needs to teach you some grammar.

"the things of this world is of the devil"

Went right over your head didn't it?

How about this?

5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year.

"Passover"

Exodus 12:11 (NKJV)
11 And thus you shall eat it: with a belt on your waist, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand. So you shall eat it in haste. It is the LORD'S Passover.

"Christ our Passover"

1 Corinthians 5:7 (NKJV)
7 For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us.

The Messiah is not the Passover lamb, she is a lamb for a sin offering. Isaiah 53:7 "...he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter..." verse 10 "...when you shall make his soul an offering for sin..." If Jesus was not a sin offering, how does he make expiation for our sin? The Passover lamb was killed for the blood so the angel of death would pass over their house. Isaiah 53 and the NT are very clear the Messiah is a lamb for a sin offering.

He x 5, LOL!

Isaiah 53:7 (NKJV)
7 He was oppressed and He was afflicted, Yet He opened not His mouth; He was led as a lamb to the slaughter, And as a sheep before its shearers is silent, So He opened not His mouth.

Don't know why some come here just for the sake of arguing :(
they should spend more time reading about the topic lol, so they have somewhat of a grasp of what is actually being discussed. Some haven't a clue lol
you cannot involve yourself in this type of conversation without including Bible chapters and verses. what would be the point, it would be useless!

The bible is ambiguous regarding the gender of the Messiah. God wanted people to think she was a man, if Israel had known the truth, they would've been weakened by it. God is "the Strength of Israel" I Samuel 15:29. That is why the name of God was kept secret, if we had known her name, we would know her gender.

I'm done arguing with those who are so full of them selves when it pertains to Christianity from either side of being for or against.
I sympathize with both Christians and non-Christians.
I know where Christians are coming from because I was brought up and taught in the beliefs and doctrines of Christianity.
I,also, see where the unbelievers are coming from as well,I see their logic of thinking in all of this.
For the unbelievers, they have to have a reason or else legitimate proof to believe enough to want to drop their skeptical defenses and follow Christ.
For Christians, they are taught to rebuke all things that are of the world and walk in the path of righteousness even though they fall short of the glory of God.
We are all imperfect in are own way and will never be accepted by all.
The best that anyone of us can do is strive to do the very best that we can and be a better person than we have ever been before for ourselves and for those who are most important to us.
No one has the right to force anyone else into believing that which they are not yet ready to believe.
Only the will to change can truly change us for the betterment of us all so that we all may live in peace.

None of this proves anything. Just you picking verses out of context saying it says something it doesnt.

Oh yea why would God be male or female when it says He created Male AND female in His image?

Again this is you placing your beliefs into the bible then coming and telling us this is the truth. I thought one isnt to lean on their own understanding? If so, how can we ALL come to the conclusion you did by reading the bible?

So God didnt allow them to make an image of God but lied to them about Himself being female? This is logical?

God is a Spirit, and they are genderless. The serpent was an earthly creation. God is both or neither male or female. I am not taking verses out of context, Christians do that. You can read the whole thing, it means what I am saying. If you can't see that, you're just ignorant.

Numbers 23:19 "God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent" God never stated outright, "I am a woman" but if you understood the entire bible, you would know this. Gods' gender was kept secret, it was just never discussed or disclosed.

You're confused lol. First you say that your god is a female, than that your god is genderless, now you're saying that your god kept his/her gender a secret. I guess at times we have all made our own images of god. That is what you have done here. And just so you know

That's a very good view point, except for:

"For the unbelievers, they have to have a reason or else legitimate proof to believe enough to want to drop their skeptical defenses and follow Christ."

As from reading perhaps hundreds of the non-Christians posts, they just see right thru all the lies about the Jesus as man-"god" myth. And have no intention of ever believing such obviously man made garbage.

And I too used to be a Christian, so I know for a fact, that the only way anyone can believe all that insane stuff in the book of lies, is to be brainwashed. And it took me about two years of inner struggle to see that, and overcome the brainwashing. All by myself. It took everything I had to be honest with myself and admit it, then fight to break free and rebuild my spiritual path. And so I would have been grateful to have had such a thing as Topix back then. It would have helped me see thru all the crap sooner, and made it easier to overcome the brainwashing.
