# What laws of mathematics govern the doctrine of the trinity

One orange + One Orange + One Orange = Three oranges, however similar the oranges may be.

One God + One God + One God = Three Gods.

This is by conventional arithmetic. Following established laws of addition.

Here in trinitarian mathematics we have a departure from the established principles of arithmetic, laws of addition. Where

One God + One God + One God = One God.

This is confusing.

(3) God the Holy Spirit

Actually not. Take water for example, you have water, ice and steam... 3 different forms, yet all are H2O
