Should you make the sign of the cross at communion?

At the Anglican church I attend some do, some don't.

Is there a best way or is it a personal act of faith?

.......... There is far too much about crosses, not enough about what Jesus was teaching, and how to make all those who think that they are Christians to obey Jesus' lifestyle and only his teachings. The only valid version of Christianity is the one by Jesus, and all others should be ignored.
