Some years ago I had reason to take the editor of the Salvation Army's 'War Cry' to task. He was not very pleased, and huffed and puffed as one does when caught in sin.
In one edition he boldly told a distraught wife that it was okay for her husband to dress like a woman, and that she should show compassion, etc. The issue is currently being added to the foul homosexual movement's 'shopping list' of demands.
So, what does scripture say? It is very specific...
"The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so [are] abomination unto the LORD thy God." (Deut 22:5)
And as for men with men...
"If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood [shall be] upon them." (Lev 20:13)
And men or women with animals...
And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast.
And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood [shall be] upon them.(Lev 20:15,16)
And Romans 1 says, after speaking of women with women, being unnatural...
And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
And even as they did not like to retain God in [their] knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; "
The truth is plain - homosexuality is an abomination, deserving only of death.
Back when the Bible was written, the only item of clothing that was actually distinct was the female monthly sanitary aid...
What Leviticus ACTUALLY say is that it is <tow'evah> for a man to lay with a <zakhar> as with a woman, and they should be put to death.
Tow'evah is a word translated as "abomination", but it refers to actions that are an abomination BECAUSE they are part of the worship of foreign Gods. These are actions that are perfectly acceptable when they are NOT part of that worship.
Zakhar is a word that refers to a consecrated male. Any species, and God. A Levite priest and a bull about to be sacrificed to Poseidon are both "zakhar".
What Leviticus was talking about was the practice of the worshippers of the Goddess Asherah to use temple prostitutes, both male and female. If you read your Bible, you will find that the prophets were CONSTANTLY having to tell the children of Israel to tear down their Asherah poles and stop those fertility rituals.
