People Haven't Changed Much

One more from buck LOL
God was very patient with the wickedness of man before sending rain upon the earth,
that would subsequently flood the earth and all the high places.
The people had plenty of warning.
God waited 100 years, the length of time needed for the construction of the ark.
but people were hard headed, stubborn, unwilling, I know it's all categorized the same.
People refuse to leave their area/homeland for safety reasons.
The people are just the exact same way this present day and age.
They are warned of potential flooding, also of tornadoes and hurricanes,
but some refuse to budge, until the flood waters reach 5 feet or more in height.
Noah & his family entered the ark because of the waters of the flood in
Genesis chapter 7 verse 7. God exteneded his mercy more,
not wanting to see anyone lost in the flood.
The rain had already begun and was upon the ground of earth, &
God waited yet another 7 days before God shut the ark door.
The account of Noah and the ark and the flood is a prime example that
people haven't changed much.
