Its a great forum. Glad to have found it. One day we won't be here and they can have this world all to themselves. Until then, Jesus came into the world to save sinners. We can all relate Amen.
Looking forward to the discussions...
Amen to that. I can't hardly wait to see Him face to face and be able to say I did all I could. I know how it feels to be a sinner. But I do not know how it feels to never have knew Him.

Thanks God Bless You.

doesn't it make you wonder though,
WHY would Loving God gave a litle kid this illness in the first place??
NO NOT AT ALL. You see Everything that happens in this world is already planned and has a reason. In God's Word it said that He would take the apple of your eyes. I seen it first hand, I got forgiveness and was given a second chance with my son. If you believe or not is a choice you have to make I have already made mine. And may I say I am very happy with my decision.

Thanks for the reply.

To the religious nutjob that tried to condemn Atheists:

What happened to "God is all loving"? Are atheists not included in "all"?

The reason I am an atheist is not because I chose, but because I think that just because there is no other way to tell how the universe got here, I am not going to come up with a god that made it. Some things are going to be unknown.

Quite simple to get the facts wukong. First get involved in a systematic study of the Bible, next start congregating at a good strong Christian Church of your choice. Also foster some good Christian fellowship in your life and then you will begin to gain the information you need to see the facts you search for. Now don't scoff and be afraid to try this, if you don't want to accept the Holy Spirit in your life and claim Jesus as your Savior, you can always walk away. The path of the unrighteous is broad and easy, there's always room for one more.

oh, i see.....you seem to think i HAVEN'T read and studied the bible.....i have. nor do you think i have attended church and discussed this with many different religous people.....'cause i have. as for the FACTS.....they are not there. repetition of stories, WITHOUT any proof or factual information to back it up, means it is simply mythology.

saying study and accept what you're told with all your heart is IDENTICAL to reprogramming and brainwashing.

so i'm afraid i'll need more "facts" than you can supply, specially from the bible. i recommend EVERYONE read the bible....there's no better way to become an atheist than reading the bible from cover to cover.

Who cares what the non-believers think. All of them will go to Hell where they will burn in agony for all of eternity. They will regret, with every ounce of their soul, their decision to turn away from God while they were alive, but it will be too late. They will burn, burn, burn.
The rest of us are in God's world. We can show the way for atheists but it is like the old saying, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. Let the silly liberals and atheists condemn their own souls if that's what they want to do.
This just further supports that religion(by definition) is terrorism, and I refuse to follow a bunch of terrorists just because they tell me that I will suffer in a place that havs never and will never be proven to even exist.

Silly liberals? That's pretty funny. At least we use logic and not a book to come to decisions.

i thought that was the army's motto?

but i suppose it works the same way....boot camp deprogramming, then inserting your own will, and send them out to do your bidding...unquestioningly.

If you hadn't lied about your having "read and studied the Bible", you would have recognized the Scripture verse quoted.

somewhere in Matthew, i believe....and that doesn't change the FACTS, does it?

you might want to be a little more cautious about such accusations:

"Thou shalt not raise a false report: put not thine hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness."

...i'm sure you remember that one.

<quoted text>Thats what you should do, is wonder why a loving god would do this. Does He love the child so much that he is strengthening him and does he love others so much, the child is helping God with his plan? All I know is that what ever God does he does for out greater good. God is. Imagine. My friend.
oh yes God has a plan,

suppose the child, like so many out there happens every few minutes somewhere in the world...DIES,
how would that strengthen it?
what good could that possibly serve,..none imo.

now imagine what If God told me to kill you
like He does to some fanatics,
IF I believed in God I would have to Obey Him,correct?

would that also be for Greater Good?
of course, If God says so,according to your beliefs!

thank god Im atheist who knows the difference between right and wrong
unlike many religious people who don't seem to know this difference.

so If god already made this Plan,
and Knows everything that'll happen, you have to realize you have no free will,

you're just a mindless puppet in the Gods chess game.
and Nothing you do really matters as its all predetermined anyway

so whats the use of prayer,do you expect god to change His Plan for you?

no imagining needed,

you see its logic and reason and honesty ,
that helps me live better life, not fantasy invisible creatures.

Why not start with a good strong Hindu temple of your choice and foster some good Hindu fellowship and then you will start to gain information of how over one billion Indians see the facts that they live with day by day. Oh yeah, the Hindu religion is the oldest on the planet.
