Would love to hear from Catholics who love the Traditional Latin Mass. Especially those who worship in the SSPX or SSPV.

John, I love the Traditional Latin Mass, but as you know I am not in either, I go to the FSSP Mass.

But.. I do have that love of the Latin Mass in common with you guys!

God bless!

franck, if you're truly a good Christian, you're supposed to be praying for me. Are you? Believe it or not I'm praying that your extremely rigid heart will soften a bit.

Franck, I have a soft spot in my heart for the FSSP, because this is the group that brought me back to the Church. I spent 20 years in both Eastern Catholic and Orthodox Churches due to Vatican II. I do love the Latin Mass and it is our tradition from the earliest times of the Catholic Church. Our Liturgy which is the center of our faith. Take care John

Sheryl, you do not need to miss it anymore. Google Latin Mass and find a directory with a mass near you.

Would you knock off this obsession you have with Franck! Save it Sheryl. You don't deserve his prayers after the way you treated the man.

You're a very selfish person that wants to make every thread an opportunity to start a flame war against Franck. You want every thread to center around you and this obsessive hate you have for the man.

He was good to you when your sister was dying from what some people have told me. It's pathetic the way you have repaid him and the way you have bad mouthed the Church, the Pope and it's teaching on other threads.

I can hardly believe your dubious claim that you loved the Latin Mass when you have shown nothing but contempt for the holy traditions of the Church and the Church's teaching.

You want birth control, abortion, gays accepted without repentance, women priests, blah.. blah..blah..

Catholics like you are what drove so many of us to the SSPX, SSPV and outside of the craziness we saw going on around us.

You are part of the disease that is spreading through the Church like a cancer that won't stop. It's called liberalism. It's called modernism.

You should go read what Pope Pius X said about people like you in his encyclical, PASCENDI DOMINICI GREGIS

ON THE DOCTRINE OF THE MODERNISTS:

http://www.papalencyclicals.net/Pius10/p10pas...

Read this too:

The Oath against Modernism

http://www.papalencyclicals.net/Pius10/p10moa...

Ask yourself why that oath was abolished that clergy no longer had to do it. Ask yourself why it was abolished during Vatican II.

No one in history had ever, ever over turned a Pope's decrees like the modernists that infiltrated the Vatican II Council.

It's a poison that started with one drop and one drop of poison is as deadly as a full dose.

YOU are part of that toxic wasteland that has invaded the Church.

I can only pray that some of the devout Catholics that I have met on Topix, like Franck, Atlas, Pedro, KissandTell, Luke, Michelle, etc. who are still inside the fold so to speak can help correct the mess that has resulted from the stench of the Springtime of Vatican II.

Open up your windows! Can you smell it? Clown Masses, women priestesses over in Germany, children molested by the thousands by letting homosexuals run the seminaries and priesthood, Bishops in the UK doubting the Bible, Masses looking like a Protestant service, etc. Altars stripped bare so they look like Free Masonry took over the place.

The disrespectful blasphemy against our Lord's mother that I saw come out of your mouth is another part of the disease of liberalism that has infected you.

You want to run the Church like it's a brothel for homosexual child molesters to get their kicks out of raping Catholic children and put women in charge of the Masses.

Do you know that God considers it a bad thing to have women rule?

"As for my people, their oppressors have stripped them, and women have ruled over them. O my people, they that call thee blessed, the same deceive thee, and destroy the way of thy steps."

Jesus Christ never ordained a woman as an Apostle, neither did His Holy Apostles and the Church can never change that or they go against the Lord Himself.

These are harsh words but I say them to you because you need to hear them.

If you want to join in this conversation, you better be prepared to stand corrected from the poison you are trying to spread.

I have an antidote for it. It comes in the form of Sacred Scripture, Sacred Tradition and a strong love for God.

I have NEVER been pro-abortion. NEVER. At least get your stories straight. I'd better be prepared? For what? Whiners like yourself?

And for your info, he was only nice to me about my dying sister AFTER I came back to HIS church - he's extremely conditional. I pray for people no matter what religion they are, or even NONE. I do not put conditions on anyone.

I am calling you out here on this. You are a liar Sheryl. I supported you and prayed for you through most of your sister's illness.

Cruzader, do me a favor. I appreciate your support, I really, really do. Stop feeding this troll. I'm tired of dealing with this.

There comes a time when we need to put this kind of silly nonsense to rest. She's a liar, she's never going to stop lying, and she's not right in the head. She is looking for a fight. She thrives on it.

Don't let her take control of this thread. Ignore her because she thrives on negative attention.

Interesting, I didn't know you had participated in the Orthodox churches as well. How did you like that? Would you care to share your experience of that with us?

The only time I've ever been in an Orthodox church is when a friend invited me to see what it was like and when another friend got married. I couldn't make a judgment on it from such a brief experience, so I would like to hear yours.

LOL franck...and you have it all together. Pro-abortion? Me? NO! Never was, never will be unless the mother's life is at stake. I have always and consistently been pro-LIFE; I may be in error as to when you exactly started praying for my sister, and if I've got the timing wrong, I apologize. But pro-abortion? Absolutely NOT!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure this is really on topic, but I thought it was refreshing to see A Cardinal Crack down. This nonsense has got to stop. We are seeing the Anglicans and other Churches crumble before our eyes and they slip more and more. Progressive Lol The new word for Liberal so it doesnt carry the negative connotation.

"Progressive Catholics maybe on a collision course with the guardians of their faith's doctrine--especially when it comes to civil rights issues affecting GLBTs, marriage equality among them."

Btw, how is your Mom doing tonight? Any better at all?

Luke 25 Can any of you by worrying add a moment to your lifespan?
26 If even the smallest things are beyond your control, why are you anxious about the rest?

While knowing worrying will not change the future there is nothing more common then those who leave our lives having never said the things left unsaid. Thank you Franck. Her oxgyen levels have come up slightly but she still cannot breathe on her own. She has pnemonia and her immunes system and her heart are weak. Furthermore diabetic and failed kidneys she has to undergo dialysis. She fell in the night at home because her legs gave out in the bathroom and she broke her hip. That life alert system is looking better all the time. Oh well. Prayers are always welcome. I am just happy to have more praying. Going to bed. Its been a bit hard to sleep. I only saw my Pa cry once in his life when he buried his mother and now. Anyway I am rambling. Sometimes it helps to tell anyone so I can be stronger for other family members. I work with sick people but I dont get attached. I have been lucky to have both parents. Holidays and birthdays are big deals in our bunch. Again thank you and anyone who may be reading this your prayers are very much appreciated.

franck, you may not believe this but in time you'll find it's true. I don't expect you to care about this either, but I'm going to do it. It's a little late for Lenten promises, but here goes: I'm promising to be kind, patient and charitable towards you not only during Lent but from now on. I realize you don't have to accept it, but you'll find no snarky remarks from me to you any more. I see you are more or less being tormented and while we may view some things differently, I will hereby respect your right to exercise free will. One major thing we seem to disagree on is that you seem to care only about Catholics - I can care about people of any religion. Oh well, see you later or tomorrow, and yes, I sleep crazy hours 'cause it's fun and I really DO have a painful condition; the pain tires me out quickly...I'm NOT lying.

CONSECRATION
OF SSPX's USA DISTRICT
to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on March 21, 2010

JOIN THE NOVENA FOR THE CONSECRATION!

A WORD FROM THE USA DISTRICT SUPERIOR

Dear Faithful,

With the end of the Rosary Crusade approaching, I wish to have the United States District consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Although this consecration had been done in the past, I believe that this would be a good opportunity to use the zeal impelled by the Crusade as an occasion to renew the consecration in a more public way. I am certain that it would be a source of many graces of conversion and of sanctification for our souls, the souls of our faithful, and the entire nation.

In the Immaculate Heart of Mary,

Fr. Arnaud Rostand
