US Catholic bishops keep up fight on gay marriage, Obama birth control mandate despite setback

A subdued U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops acknowledged Monday that voters rejected the stands they took against gay marriage and birth control, but gave no sign they would change their strategy.

These Bishops need to realize not everyone is catholic, marriage is a civil rite and court should not even consider there cases under the separation of church & state, Courts are taxpayer funded I'm not catholic and I pay taxes and also vote if they don't like it pack there bags and move to Rome!
