You, successful? At what? Hard to believe you'd succeed at anything besides condemning others (you're so sinless?)

Send as much money as you can to your pope. He needs it for the lawsuits.

good going Paul, success is always sweet. HOpe you don't worship that mighty dollar as it's only money and you'll get more next week.:)
I imagine you help the homeless, clothe the naked and feed the poor, whenever you can. this is a good thing and reason for your success.
I feel successful in life also. As I always say, "I'm a lucky girl".
Best of luck to you.

I know the church has a few $'s in land, cash and resources. I think the parishes/diosces are responsible for their own finances. They do forward small % of money to vatican. Other than that everyone is on their own. don't know of vatican ever bailing out parish, etc. Lets not forget the Catholic Charities which support lots of things across the globe.
are you aware of any other religious order supporting man across the globe? clothe the naked, care of the sick, feed the poor, etc.
didn't know about the Grey Nun's and safeway group..kudos for them.

If you have a lot of resources, that can be a good thing depending upon what you do with it. Do you ever contribute to non-Catholic or non-Christian charities? Because they're God's children also.

Yes, contribute to all that I can. No religious favoritism here. Yes, all Gods children.
One must be careful in giving donations. There are alot of freeloaders out there. A reason why I look to church (doesn't matter which) for those in need.
There are 2 I favor over most though. St. Joseph's House, located in Salisbury, Md. These dear sisters respond to many on Md. eastern shore, which is a poor section of Md. Lots of chicken farms who have immigrant workers. Just lots of people in need here.
The other is St. Martin's, located in Catonsville, Md. The sisters here tend to needy elderly. Both of these places, doesn't matter your religion. You just need help.
When at Balto. Basilica,(volunteer as docent on week-ends), many street people stop in to look for contributions. Enjoy listening to their stories. some true, some not. Few of the women ride bus at night and need bus fair, this is safer for them since they are homeless. If they have the nerve to ask me and I have a few $'s, I give them something. One guy I gave a dollar to (not first time for him), his response was, are you ready for this one. what can i buy for a dollar?
there are alot of resources out there for the needy. alot of them have mental issues or lack education so they don't know where or how to obtain these resourses. you just try and guide them to the resources.

Catholic Girl - I never doubt you as I know you're 100% sincere and fair. You owe nobody any explanations. You continually set a good example, the type Christ wanted people to be. I admire you (and Pax) beyond words! You give so much of yourself and that is invaluable.

You're humble and kind and not afraid to admit if you've made a mistake - you're not the type who "always has to be right".

Always taught not suppose to brag about our good deeds and receive thanks. Our rewards are waiting of us in Heaven. If we rec. thanks/rewards now no reason to receive rewards in heaven for same subject. I guesss a reason to try and stay humble.

will take all the tax deductions allowed.
if i may ask. what is your commpany?
