I wonder how many of them ever been to Lisa's Cabaret?

Good to know superstition is alive and thrives here in the heartland.

When President Truman called for the National Day of Prayer, I do not think he meant that it was to be solely a day run by evangelical Christians with only Christian prayer, but rather a NATIONAL Day of Prayer for all.
If Christians are truly offended by prayers to the one true God that are not done "in the name of Jesus" then they should be free to hold a special Christian Day of Prayer. As a Baha'i - who believes just as fervently in Jesus and the other Manifestations of God - including Baha'u'llah, the Manifestation of God for today, I welcome the efforts of people of faith to widen the circle of welcome and to share their traditions. I do not have to pray the same way as everyone else in order to understand the oneness of humanity and the oneness of the desire to pray to our Creator.
