It's a waste of time to argue with atheists as it is with all fundamentalist believers. They are stuck in their anger against people paying more attention to God than to themselves so they are compelled to rectify the imbalance by posting their egos compulsively every single day on any forum with Christians in it, Christianity being the obsession of atheists more than any other religion.

Jim, I'm a Christian and you are saying I argue against scientific facts? Where did I do that in my post? And MrDesoto, you're soundbite criticism says nothing of substance to back up your criticism. It amounts to name-calling without backup of reasoned argument. My proof of atheists as internet trolls chasing after Christians is seen every single day with multiple proofs of atheists slamming away at Christians, their preferred targets as they have nothing in their own philosophy to hold their interest or actually to remind them of their mental disability, the inability to access that part of the human brain that receives and processes spiritual input.

So you accept evolution as a scientific fact? or do you arrogantly choose to deny science?

Your book arrogantly calls all atheists fools. When you can remove this hate, you might find less people hate you back.

You Xtains bring your hatefulness onto the ATHEISM FORUM, and you expect us to continue to allow your religious based privilege to go unchallenged. Those days are OVER. Poor little persecuted Xtains!

Wha..a.a.a? Jim, that London fog we hear about spreading between your ears? I know you atheists are in denial but really, loading your biases right here in public, tsk, tsk, that won't do you any good in the atheist p.r. department.

FYI, Christians are not all hicks from the sticks coming out of the Scopes Trial courthouse. You are several decades behind the times and apparently lacking any in depth knowledge of Christianity and Christian theological differences. You seem for example totally unaware that there is another very strong Christian tradition that was not Bible centered at all as you jump to your false conclusion that because I identified myself as a Christian, I must therefore be a Bible thumper, Bible is inerrant blind faith fundamentalist believer in every single word of the Holy Bible. Got news for ya, Mr. Bias. Ever hear of Gnostic Christianity? If you knew anything about this competitor of Pauline Christianity that's been around for as long as Pauline Christianity has, you'd know we Gnostics had about as much respect for the Bible and the Bible god as you atheists do. You obviously never heard of the Gnostic Gospels well known in intellectual circles, one gospel of many that accuses a stand-in name for Yahweh, Yaldaboath, of being a blind and stupid god. So, If you ever got your head out of your behind and actually knew something about the people you attack you wouldn't paint yourself into the stupid corner. Here's more paint on the floor squeezing you into that corner. I'm a former U.C. Berkeley anthropology major who was an atheist myself until age 35 and woken up to spiritual reality by the first of many spiritual experiences my former atheist beliefs could in no way dismiss as imagination. Imagination doesn't make one's body shudder and shake whenever a spiritual energy in epiphanies enters one's mind and leaves in its wake the characteristic religious Theme carried through the ages in religious texts. Quakers and Shakers were named for this phenomena of spiritual experience. Imagination cannot make your body sweat profusely as spiritual energy in epiphanies enters your mind. Muhammad reported this when he was receiving his revelations, and I've experienced it as well in my own spiritual experiences. When you can identify the physical energy that is able to enter a body to make it shake and/or sweat that leaves behind a tell-tale religious story, please do so. If you can show us the human being that can produce shaking or sweating on their own command who also produce brand new to the world religious visions and revelations, please do so. Otherwise, don't jump to conclusions about what really happens in this world. It's the wise thing to do.

In the case of gnostics, the other "real christians" rounded up the gnostic christians, labeled these loud mouths as heretics, threw out their "gospels", and the gnostics have been feeling the persecution complex ever since then.

One can always count on them to be judgmental of others, even though they aren't supposed to be. Picking and choosing alleviates that problem.

Run and hide with stupid diversion slander but you're not fooling anyone but fellow atheists. You're not answering the intellectual challenge to provide a rational explanation for the physical effects of experiencing spiritual contact with God: You are chicken chicken chicken chicken until you stop name-calling and give a reasoned argument for your flimsy mental construct that rests on De Nile along with the other hasbeen blind faith religious mindsets of which atheism is one unfortunate relic.

MrDesoto, my Olds Cutlass Supreme says you are the ignorant outsider to the deeper meanings of Christ's teachings. You take the surface interpretation like so many do re judgment of others, never looking at what the words actually say and mean. Every human being on earth makes judgements from the moment they wake up in the morning to the moment they go to sleep. Judging things is how we literally navigate through life and so we must judge things to survive, to do what we do as human beings. So it's not to stop judgement at all but to put an Oversight over your judgment to make sure what you judge is true to the situation, i.e. it corresponds to what's happening and is an appropriate response to it. That's why the highest judgment is used: applying your judgment to your own acts to see if you've been doing the same thing or close enough that it becomes pure hypocrisy to judge another for your own faults.

I do judge and judge heavily. It's in my job description and you'll just have to make your complaints when I judge you vipers and hypocrites to Prophets United Union Headquarters located in Suite 16 in the Upper Rooms of the Celestial House of God Most High. It's right next door to the local Bozoria with those cute little Bozettes to serve mouthwatering bozoburgers, So as you can see, I judge using only the highest of standards as specified in my contract as big mouth of God. It's in the fine print. Use a magnifying glass next time!

I love casting my pearls before swine in my spare time. My next miracle threatens to be turning swine into wine. To make kosher and halal Pork wine of course. Just find some old port bottles and scrape off the T and replace it with a P and there ya go! Great gifts for your Jewish and Muslim friends for the holidays.

Now before any misinformed Jewish and Muslim posters get bent out of shape viz a vie their sloppy historical research regarding the roots of their religious beliefs, I have done that research in my personal surrender to God as Peace and have found where the pork prohibition originated that makes it a provable purely pagan doctrine. It originated thus:

In the religious beliefs of the ancient Egyptians there was a most definite Afterlife to which Egyptian souls went to after the physical death of their bodies. However, there was a Judgment process (Egyptian religion being the majority root theology of Christian resurrection theology btw..) in which each Egyptian soul was judged according to their acts in life and the consequences of those acts. An actual balance scale was pictured in the old hieroglyphs where the soul was on one side and a feather on the other. If the soul was found worthy, it got to go to the Egyptian heaven which more or less mirrored the Egyptian Kingdom on earth but of course nothing goes wrong there I think..Anyway, the poor Egyptian souls found wanting, well, they got sent back to earth as pigs and that, my Jewish and Muslim friends is where the Jewish religion and then the Muslims following it, got their pork prohibition. That prohibition btw, would spell famine on many a Pacific Islander so it basically sucks as a man-made doctrine based on ancient pagan superstition. God, the real deal, doesn't need phony Scripture "facts" to fool believers into silliness ever since trichinosis has been cured in most human populations. Bird flu, no religious prohibition there we notice..it not of God, Jews and Muslims. That's why we Christians think it foolish man-made doctrine.
