You are projecting here.

I am so sorry for your loss (of brain-power).

It must really suck to be as stupid as you appear to be--seriously.

Maybe with therapy, you can get help?

Why do you say that? I find being delusion free on the matter of Jewish sky wizards to be refreshing :)

Do you always try to seek solace in that which you have no evidence for?

I know! If a man did today what Abraham did back then? He would be branded a psychopath monster. And worse god did not tell Abraham to throw his first born son and slave girl wife into the unforgiving desert! Abraham did that all on his own. Even by apologetic standards Abraham was a monster.

<quoted text>it happens.
however the story is not about how slavish abraham was to God but the faith that abraham had in the promise of a redeemer who would provide for the redemption of mankind by giving his life. abraham thought that God might have chosen his son isaac but God was showing abraham that issac was not good enough to be the redeemer and that even issac needed a redeemer, someone to die in his place.
what did abraham say when issac asked where the sacrifice was? he said, "God will provide himself a lamb" what did john the baptist say when he saw Jesus? "behold the lamb of God which taketh away the sin of the world"
abraham may have actually been prophetic when he said that "God would provide himself a lamb" because that is what he did he himself came and became the lamb that paid the penalty for our sins.
isaac was spared by an innocent ram. we are spared by the death of the innocent Christ if we accept it and apply it to our lives.
So the poor lamb had to die to appease the cruel God? Why didn't Japeth' daughter get a lamb to be sacrificed in her place like Issac did?

<quoted text>Genesis 21:
12 And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken unto her voice; for in Isaac shall thy seed be called.
13 And also of the son of the bondwoman will I make a nation, because he is thy seed.
14 And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and took bread, and a bottle of water, and gave it unto Hagar, putting it on her shoulder, and the child, and sent her away: and she departed, and wandered in the wilderness of Beersheba.
abraham trusted the promise of God.
I guess any dead beat dad could justify abandoning his child on the same ground. I can have a child, give my baby mother a loaf of bread, a bottle of water, and send her away. And if she brings me to the court for child support, I'll tell them that God told me that he will provide for them.

Lambs have actual value. Daughters not always, Dad can't sell her if she gets stoned to death. The lamb still had value, even if the owner was using it for sex. He just had to sell it in another town.

well, it does seem that God provided for them now doesn't it? a life of faith defies logic but it works.
besides i doubt that you are on God's daily communication list.

Bible fan fiction is fun eh? Listen barely sorry to burst your apologetic fan fiction but uhh see we have maps and documentation of Japhia from centuries before Jesus was said to live and it's still documented in the exact same spot centuries after he was said to live. Josephus chronicled it in detail in his works and he was born decades after Jesus' supposed undocumented secularly execution.
For your fan fiction to work you have to be claiming Japhia for a short time Jesus was said to live changed it's name to Nazareth and then immediately changed it's name back to Japhia and the name Nazareth completely erased for over 100 years. All the while everyone deciding not to document any of this.
That is the only way Jesus could have come from Nazareth.

NONE.
As in NOT ONE STONE, NOT ONE POTTERY-SHARD supports your stupid bible's fairy-tale.
i posted them, you do not accept them. it doesn't mean that they don't exist. you're like a litle kid that thinks that if he doesn't look at something that in then doesn't exist. how cute.

This post made me laugh, although oone thinks about how sad life was for women back then.
I remember reading one Biblical story. Judah had three sons, Er, Onan, and Shelah. Er was killed by God. Onan was ordered to marry Er's widow, Tamar. He refused so God killed him. Shelah was young so Tamar was ordered to wait for him to grow up. When he grew up, Judah did not marry him to Tamar. So Tamar dressed as a pro, fcked Judah and had his kids. When Judah found out, he demanded that she be burnt, but then she reminded him of his failure to marry her to his son.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tamar_ (Genesis)
This story is so horrible because it demonstrates the power that men had over women in those days. Judah has the power to put his daughter in law to death even though she is no longer married to his sons. He has the power to demand that she remain chaste until his child is grown up.
That is slavery.

Link to a REPUTABLE website? No?
Then you are LYING as per your habit.
well now that is interesting. you want to spin your own version of a story that you claim is a myth whose only source is a book that you claim are a bunch of lies. yet you want to make up your own version of this story and then reject the proof that the actual version disagrees with you.

i still like your creativity with dorothy and the wizzard. i will use it some day but i promise to give you credit.
