Also when it comes to bible historians we have those funded by religious groups and they no doubt will say whatever their paycheck want them to.

But there are plenty of non-scholar LIARS.
Such as yourself, for example.

<quoted text>it,s been posted. you have a very selective memory. but that's ok you can't add up years so you exaggerate claims of when scripture was written and you have no clue what a "tax credit" is or how it works different from a tax deduction. probably because you have never really personally taken advantage of either.
Not really-- you posted a busted link that my anti-virus program suggested I avoid, due to it being an attack page.

Since then? You've posted not one single link of worth.

And I know exactly how (and explained it--which you conveniently ignored) how your evil church only exists because of tax exempt status-- in that people get paid BACK when they "give" money to your evil religion.

Without that PAY BACK? Your religion would have ceased to exist long, long ago.

You admitted to believing in god.

That right there? Is an admission you are a lie.

For there is NO sane reason to believe in gods-- it requires ... faith.

And faith in things that do not exist? Is a lie.

Duuuuh.

So you likely edited this sh7t to fit your lies, then?

Interesting.

It proves my statements earlier: you lie for your Jewsus.

Your link less spam is ignored and rightfully so. All your blathering doesn't change the fact that Nazareth didn't exist until the second century. It is not mentioned by Josephus who mapped out the entire area and Nazareth is less than a mile away from where he grew up lol how did he miss it? It doesn't appear in any Jewish documents nor Roman either until the second century. All artifacts and documentation of Nazareth point to the seconds century.

that's my point. apparently bob thinks that all scholars agree with his thinking. and then he posted a scholarly site that doesn't agree with him. that was interesting.

I would have to look this up but I think the KJV has been altered around 400 times since the first written version in 1600 hundreds.

The book is not pure.

The bible is a metaphoric allegory of words and phrases. Over twenty centuries of being interpreted, translated, transformed, decoded, and twisted to conform mans words and thoughts. Hundreds of years of the “word” being used to control people to do the will of others.

I`m not a christian old man. I`d take pleasure in smacking your false teeth clear out of your mouth. What I don`t like is cowardly bigots like you talking all your big boy words behind a keyboard. You claim to know so much but in reality you are lucky if you put your depends on correctly.

so what other cities does josephus not mention? are we to assume that they did not exist either.

now he does mention japhia which is about 1 mile away from the present nazareth and it fits Biblical description of nazareth. japhia is a pagan name and possibly was named after king japhia who allied against israel when israel went up against jeruselem in their conquest of the land. so would the israelites call the town japhia [which btw is not mentioned in the new testament] or might they have given it their own name? which name would josephus a jew who had allied himself to rome have used for the city especially after he fought with the jews against rome and was forced to surrender and capitulate?

so much for blathering. consider the evidence. why would the writers of the Bible invent a town that everyone could have seen was an invention? the answer is that they didn't.nazareth at the time was very insignificant.

Funny how the crazy athiest come unto a thread talking about religion. Many threads talking about topics I could give a flying rats ass about but you certainly wouldn`t find me wasting my time on those threads.

Reminds me of the line " thou doest protest to much "

My guess is these jackholes like Bob and the others got mad in church because somebody didn`t shake their hand one day or they didn`t like the color of the new carpet that was just installed.
