He should call himself "American Fuckwit", it would be more appropriate. Just looking at the titles of his drivel (e.g. "gay is a choice", "progressives hate Aesop") is enough to tell he's an idiot.

Here's his address if you want to school him, he could certainly use it:

[email protected]

Once again, "roboblogger" is proven to be programmed by a fucking idiot.

If you had given me a little more time, I would have deleted this one.

Deleting isn't the issue. Crap like that should never appear in the first place. Reprogram the thing so it doesn't.

I've asked you this before and you ignored the question: Why don't negative articles appear in all groups? Why do they only appear in forums on progressive issues like atheism, gay rights, women's rights, etc.? News items about christians caught molesting children or raping women should appear in the christian forum, but they don't. Why not?

I've been told by others that "roboblogger" posts hate articles in forums that have no relation to them (e.g. political and gay-hating crap posted in gardening, sports, etc.). Why does the crap appear there?

Either turn off the fucking thing or reprogram it to only post relevant items.

You'd have to ask a Topix administrator about that. I'm just an editor--all I can do is to post articles to the new page and delete any posted by the robot. My understanding, though, is that it scans articles from many sources and posts them when it finds keywords that appear to indicate relevance. If that's true, that we see more negative than positive articles about atheism probably means that more negative than positive ones are being written.

One thing we all can do is to suggest news links for sources that we like via the feedback link. In the past, I've also suggested that one be removed, and, though it took time, we are no longer deluged by idiocy from Conservapedia.

Topix gave up on the editor program, which was supposed to generate an elite group of Topix writers, but they "grandfathered" the ones that had already been authorized. You can usually see who's editing for any given forum on the news page.

The only people who hate discussions about on the religious side are those who have been refuted every time they open their mouth.

If we are nasty, it s because we must respond to nastiness. After all, theist preach that all those who do not worship as they do are going to hell.

Perhaps, but let's keep in mind that it's our responsibility to respond constructively and offer something positive. If we are nasty (here on Topix) it is our choice, not other people's fault.
