"In reference to the Opinion article on November 1 by Mr. Homero Bustamante, those liberal/progressive/atheists never give up in their attacks on Christianity. He mentions the First Amendment to the Constitution but he apparently has never read it. So, I quote the first part: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof."

It says specifically, Congress is prohibited from making ANY laws regarding religion." No it prohibits laws that discriminate/give advantage to a particular religion, if the first amendment actually prohibited any laws regarding religion then it would be unconstitutional as the first amendment is a laws regarding religion... This is only going to get better.

Note I wish that I could speak about the rest of this "piece" but I need the opinion article by Mr. Homero Bustamante. I have tried to find it but I cannot. The reason why I need it is because of this line "Christians can worship when and where they want without interference from people such as Mr. Bustamante who would pervert its meaning." I need a link to Bustamante's article to show that this is B.S., considering how Christians use this line when they are told no you can't make children pray I think we all know what's really going on it's now just a matter of links. So if anyone has such a link please post it, thank you.

Everyone has a free will, that means you are free to live your life anyway you want to, and do anything you want to, even if you want to obey the Laws of the land or not.

The Government has the right to set limitations and restrictions on people, by laws and regulations that have consequences for not obeying.

A loyal obedient citizen recognizes the Law and will obey it, no matter what others dictate against it.
Being obedient to the law of the land is the first requirement of a true Christian, because Almighty God Jehovah has set up the Governments as the superior authority over man, to protect and provide for his obedient people. Romans 13:1-7

Whether you are Atheist or Christian or any other religion, your free will is restricted by law, either God's or mans one way or another.

Micah 4:5 "For all people will walk every one in the name of his god, and we will walk in the name of the Lord our God forever and ever". The living God will only abolish the idols in Israel and Judah.(Israel and the USA). The world will be free to worship their gods when the Messiah comes. God never made a covenant with the rest of the world and they are not under the law. Eventually, after the resurrection, the world will convert. We will all be witnesses of this. "...in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one". Zechariah 14:9.

Nope, we have the freedom to not be lied to by proofless fraudulent cults that RUN SCARED from the question - "where is proof of your god?".

You are misapplying Scriptures that apply to God's people, and since the Judgement of this world is now at hand, these Scriptures also apply to God's people today, no matter what nation, tribe or tongue they are gathered from. Almighty God Jehovah has his new nation of people today, they are spiritual subjects of Jehovah God's Kingdom government and the now reigning King Jesus, they are true Christian witnesses of Jehovah God, as Jesus was.
John 14:31

Since you do not know your Bible or Jehovah God and his son Jesus, you are not in the fold of his sheep, you are outside with everyone else in this world, unless you make the decision to be no part of this world, and become a subject of God's Kingdom government, as Jehovah's witnesses.
Matthew 24:14
John 15:14-21

Millions of people have studied their Bible with Jehovah's witnesses, and found they cannot obey the requirements of obedience and loyalty to God's Kingdom government, they know there is no burning hellfire punishment, and Jehovah God is patient, we hope they will change their attitudes and personalities to imitate Jesus to survive the great tribulation, soon to be here.
Revelation 7:14

Because the majority of people cannot give up this world's immorality and violence, materialistic and ungodly holidays and traditions with loose conduct, they will be swept away when our King Jesus and the armies of the heaven come to execute the ungodly. 1John 2:15-17
Revelation 19:11-16

If you do not believe it is not by choice. It is almost like being gay. If you do not believe then keep it to yourself or be proud of it. You can't change. Once you see the myth you can't unsee it. I am proud of my epiphany. Who says that you can't fix stupid.

If you are saying a person is gay, because he believes he is gay, you do not know what you are saying. No one is born gay or queer.

A person is gay because he chooses to be gay, he chooses to have sex with a person of the same sex, or any sex act that is perversion, that is not according to the human understanding of the functions of the human body period.

The Bible has nothing to do with it, nor does the matter of faith, a queer person, one who does any conduct opposite as or of or with the same sex person is queer and is not a normal human being and neither is his thinking, he has willed his brain to believe what he wants to, same as
any self willed person who is an Atheist.

It is now common for gay people to be exposed and accepted by some society, but any person who loves the Bible as God's word will have no associations with practicing queers. Many queers changed their life style to know, love and serve the one true God Jehovah, because God demands his worship be clean and not defiled in any way.

OK, tell us, then, when it was that you made the deliberate choice to be attracted to members of the opposite sex. For, surely, if one uses free will to decide to be attracted to members of the same sex, the same process must lead others to choose opposite sex attraction.

I didn't choose. The women gave me no choice.

I tried to fight 'em off, but when I was age 11, they were bigger than me.

Well,...some of 'em.

Why do creationists talk when they have nothing to say and nothing to prove?

Your cult is garbage and needs to look after and take more responsiblity for its followers mental health.

homosexual behavior is pretty common throughout the animal kingdom.(" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_animals_... ;)

So your position would have to be that all these animals made conscious choices. Fascinating.

<quoted text>
Judas was righteous when he started on his road to life, but along the way he was led by his true heart to what was his priority, his love of money, rather than his love of Jehovah God, as Jesus taught. John 4:24

The prophecy from the book of Psalms and Isaiah, show that Judas would be the man that would betray Jesus, and for 30 pieces of silver, because Judas was unable to conquer his fleshly desires, because Judas did have a free will.

You are either willing to obey the guidelines of established society by the laws of the land or you are not. You are either willing to live by the moral understanding of righteousness by God's word the Bible or you are not. 1Corinthians 6:9,10

That decision or choice has always been up to the individual himself, especially today since we are living in the final judgement of this world today.
John 3:36

Now is the time to start your personal Bible study with Jehovah's witnesses so you can be educated in truth, to be meek and survive to inherit this earth.
