People provide the harvest by properly planting seeds and then by properly tending them.
But if you plant seeds and god don't make it sprout, there ain't nothing going to grow, and there will be no meals. Except the fast food type, or something you shoot in the woods.

I have never seen man be able to do something to a seed to make it geminate.

Well, OCB, why do we still have wolfs?
They should all be dogs now.
It's your fact!
That still don't get you out of the monkey problem.
If we came from monkeys, even if they became primates first, why do we still have monkeys?
Wouldn't the monkeys left behind be screwed by evilution?
No- it's YOUR fact that one species evolving from another means the first species ceases to exist. That's not true.

And again- humans did NOT evolve from monkeys so why do you keep saying "if we came from monkeys" when ANYONE who knows the first thing about evolution knows that is not true?

Don't bother me with your nonsense, please.

A guy on here by the name of Blob told them at thanksgiving dinner that he wanted his nuts crushed.
Some people on here had sport with that.

Not to dicker, but I don't thank Santa Claus is an elf, OCB.
Elfs are real small.
Like dwarves, or the taller midgets. He couldn't even qualify as a tall midget, I don't think.
Sigh....if you were at all familiar with "The Night Before Christmas", you would have understood the reference.

And it's "elves" and "dwarfs".

Now you have been cornered into not only having to explain why we still have monkeys if we evolved from the monkeys, but now, inavertly, you have to explain why dogs come from monkeys if we still have wolves?

You ain't gettin' off that easy, Peasy, Punkin' sqeezy!

I'm not running anywhere, little girl.

No- you do not have me right where you want me- wherever that is....

Do you crack yourself up?

For your sake, I sure hope so as I don't find you particularly witty, clever, funny or droll.

At best, your humor is on a very sophomoric level and you are nowhere near as witty, clever, funny or droll as you obviously have DELUDED yourself into thinking you are.

Frankly, you're a BUFFOON.

But your buddy RR is sure to be around somewhere here since RR does live here and I suspect that you do as well.

Weather gets on rocks and rocks don't sprout.

Weather don't make the roof sprout.

How does weather cause one thing to sprout, not another?

Does it have to be special sproutin' weather?

What do you do with that one, OCB?

That could have been a typo in that book.

You didn't quote no book.

You said Santa is an elve.(thanks for the spelling)

He cant be no elve, he's even bigger than a large midget!

<quoted text>That's one thing we have in common, but of course we share that commonality with MILLIONS.
I can watch old TV shows over and over again and still enjoy them.
It kinda drives my man nuts but not always since for him, he is seeing many of those shows for the first time.
Two of my favorite Channels- TVLand and ME(Memorable Entertainment).
One time, back in the 80s, I watched Return of the Jedi everyday for a month straight. There was no Mrs to annoy yet, so I know I don't do it for that reason lol.

I've seen every Star Trek episode at least three times, no joke. I don't know why, I just get a kick out of it.

I saw Aladdin, the Disney one, 16 times in the theaters.(that was back when dollar theaters still existed).

Sometimes I'll put in Lucy and watch her Vitameatavegimin commercial. Seen it dozens of times and laugh every time.

Indoctrination is a teaching method, yes.

But I don't see it in any way a forceful teaching method.

It's up to the pupil to decide if they want to listen to the teacher.
Forceful? No, not necessarily.

The main premise is repetition.

I found it a tad disjointed and anticlimactic compared to his other works.
