Ridicule a poster? Well....I......never [covering mouth].
My goodness the thought of ridiculing a poster is just beyond me…[shocked].
Let me catch my breath.[exhaling slowly].
Now my good friend I have sinned in my life and done things I shouldn’t have done.
But who among us has not ridiculed a poster?
Who among us are so pure in spirit and never has offended anyone?
You have driven a stake through my heart and have caused me much pain. I just don’t know if I can go on any longer.
If it had been anyone else I wouldn’t care. But it was you my loyal and faithful friend.
The closest ones to you always hurt the most. And you have hurt me dearly by beloved friend.

I would like to draw to the attention of our Topix atheist cargomasters, shipbuilders, and meteorological experts that this Noah event did happen fairly early in the development of man as recorded in that book. Please refer to the giants, sons of god, etc. There records there were only 200 watchers, and apparently settled where man started.

Which would infer there was no global population as yet. Or animal population, either. That expansion seems to come later from this point of origination.

I doubt if our experts will understand the significance of such in devising their calculations in order to discredit such story. The world may not have been so global as yet. Which would not require the globe to be flooded, just the world.

You know, I have never told anyone here to ever to go to hell.

You never had any respect for me or anyone else outside your belief system.

For a man who makes claims he would never sentence someone to death.

Your pretty liberal with sending someone to a place of eternal torment.

I want you to know something. I still love you from my heart even though you hate me. Because I love people even if they don’t see eye to eye with me on every issue.

But you may hate and despise as you wish. Even though you have offended others many times with your harsh criticism. It’s called hypocrisy. Holding others to a standard you can’t keep yourself.

You need to take a deep look inside Sir.

I'm thinking that they should start teaching the stork theory of obstetrics in biology classes as well. You know - present both sides of this highly controversial issue and let the kids decide.

Have you heard about intelligent falling and intelligent freezing? The latter should be of interest to our snow-is-water freethinkers:
[1] "Things fall not because they are acted upon by some gravitational force, but because a higher intelligence,'God' if you will, is pushing them down."
http://www.theonion.com/articles/evangelical-...

[2] "Some militant secularists believe that water freezes at 32°. The enlightened know that water freezes whenever God wants it to. This transition from water to ice is too complex to happen naturalistically at some random temperature."

LOL!

I'd heard of intelligent falling-- but the freezing is a new twist on the idiotic notions of god-ordainment.

Love it!

These god-rabbits (calling them sheep is too kind) are so gullible, here.

I'm surprised these haven't been taken seriously.

LOL.
Cold and hot must be the same thing, since one can be converted to the other like snow and water, and in exactly the same way: by warming.
You seafaring sorts - you, Macumazahn and Aura have been doing a bang up job on the nautical stuff. I've learned from you all, and have even been motivated to learn a little more on my own: masts, yards, spars, gaffs and booms, for starters. And square rigging vs. fore-and-aft (windjammers vs. schooners, bermuda rigged vs. gaff rigged) as well as a few types of sails (spankers, spinnakers, jibs and lateen). It began with somebody's comments about the difference between boat and a ship.
Well... you can put a boat onto a ship, but you can never put a ship onto a boat...

.... or so they tell me.

Which makes me wonder? What sort of ship would you need, to put the USS George Washington (SSBN-598), which displaces over 18,000 tonnes of water when submerged...!

That's a **lot** of water, that's what that is-- yet, it's still called a boat....!

... wait.... what?

:D

Indeed... christianity is such a shallow and empty way to live.

## you are discouraged to learn anything new

## you are discouraged to question-- anything

## you are told--repeatedly-- that you are worthless-- less than pond-scum

## you are told to act like a slave to the christian god--because as a slave master, he "loves" you

...'tis an ugly faith.

If you use the Kinsey scale, 10% of the population is 100% gay, 10% of the population is 100% heterosexual and the other 80% fall somewhere in between, ie: some level of bisexuality.

Interesting... and very likely accurate too.

Don't forget, this generation of man sprang from those 8. They had the sons of gods there who knew lots of things. Before they died. No idea what they knew or had. Some could have been doctors. All erased.

Everything was scratch again from Noah on. Including your ancient civilizations.

You still can't make the connection, huh?
There is no connection to make because this is an impossible story no matter how you may try and twist it to your liking ;-)
