You mean in your mind you dealt with it?

So many scriptures stating the earth is flat, square, has edges, rests on top of pillars... Shall I go on?

Oh and to solve an unsolved murder mystery take a cow and kill it by the river. Lol!

This is your book of ultimate knowledge and authority? Get real!

Mankind is growing up and the time has come to put away such childish things.

<quoted text>That argument has been dealt with so many times, it does not even merit a response.

You can find plenty of rational responses to this irrational objection on the internet.

I won't be wasting time with it.:-)

Wrong. People of reason base their decisions on facts and data as it comes not holding to an antiquated superstitious mindset.

<quoted text>So you reject Presuppositionalism as valid?

You realise of course that Presuppositionalism is inherent in many branches of philosophy, not just Christian Philosophy?

It is actually foundational to all knowledge.

Deny that, deny knowledge.

No because it has been disproven.

However you spell it your screen name, it represents the world's most brutal mass murderers in all history, who proudly killed in the name of Jesus.

They made Hitler and Stalin look like jokes when it comes to mass killing.

Show me your proof of these 3 Myths.
1) the Big Bang when nothing exploded
and created everything.
2) rain falling on rocks and settling in a mud puddle and spontaneous self generating life sprang forth.
3) plants evolving into plant eating animals.
Those are not our beliefs. They are made up by you.

For who?
Who is it ok for?
Don't you see the madness in the world?
Do you live in denial of that?
Christianity accounts and supplies the solution for this madness.
If you truly believe in a pollyanna atheism that does not face reality, then are you not also a part of that madness?
What is your solution for the madness in the world?
What does atheism offer, other than a nihilistic acceptance of the futility of humanity?
It offers a solution? Where's peace on earth then? Oh yeah.. it's "coming soon." LOL.

Is life after death required for life to have meaning? Why must we be immortal to assign value to our experiences? Why do bad things require us to believe in eternal rewards and punishments?

No, I'm assuming that because the knowledge is demonstrably false and morally repugnant that it is fallacious. You latched on to one word of my comment and made it out to be the only thing I said. Most of your book is morally reprehensible, and the good parts can be had without christianity. Basically, your religion offers nothing special that we can't get elsewhere.

You present an idead in your argument that men have different biases.
Whilst that is indeed true on a socialogical level, where it falls down is that it does not recognize the universality of the sin problem that all humanity suffers from.
One inherent trait of that sinfulness, or abberation, is that it is experienced by all humanity.
With that in mind, it then makes it very difficult to trust "group think", when "group think" has the same problem in every individual.
It is that inherent problem in humanity that fuels the war against truth, logic and knowledge, which are all inherent from God.
Mankind is born with the propensity to fight against God, whom it also knows exists.
So when men agree on something that attacks God, it is not a great surprise that we would indeed see unity in rejection of God.
Here's a tip. Your personal religiously indoctrinated opinion that all men are eternally tainted by sin does not belong in a "rational" argument.
