You don't have to be ashamed, prayer is a good thing.
Prayer is a word abused or misunderstood by christians, just like so many other words (truth, morality, church, worship and love also come to mind), I am not ashamed of such abuse, I am concerned that people like you abused words.

That it's exactly the response I expected from you. Do you know how many people I've had to correct because they don't know anything about building anything, but they googled it and watch the YouTube video and all of a sudden thought that they could do it. Then someone like me has to come along behind them and fix all the mistakes or, more often, start from scratch and just do it for them.
Good luck with that. Because you can't build a dresser with a YouTube video...
Too bad you still make assumptions with zero actual evidence. Sad to be as ignorant as you.

It doesn't rise and set.

But it APPEARS to rise and set because of the Earth's rotation on its axis.

If you were smarter than a five year old, you'd know that.

Funny that I can build a house better than you.

Funny that I can change a truck's clutch better than you.

Funny that I build a dresser better than you.

Etc, etc.

Does that make me smarter than you or you smarter than me?

Nope.
That you believe in Adam and Eve makes him smarter than you.

"Would you Adam it?" is a Cockney expression concerning incredulity.
Not a coincidence.

Atheism requires God to exist in order that it can exist. This causality is epistemological, not ontological, in nature. Ergo, Faith is not involved, not unless one argues that knowledge itself is a faith construct.

Atheism does seem obsessed with denying God.

Why the concern?

The Creator gave them a sense of purpose, by denying Him however, they remove the rational basis for a purpose.

So they claim to have purpose whilst being unable to account for purpose...

Why should an atheist worry about caring?

Surely striving for the top of the pile is the only thing that matters.

To get to the top, you need others of your species to support you. To get others of the species to support you, you must demonstrate love, caring, and empathy and must teach them and learn. Are you really that stupid?

Atheism is not believing in god due to the theist having zero observable evidence.

I am sorry your church has made you so intolerant to those not like you but until you can show observable evidence that a god exists the atheist is on solid ground.

Why should a Christian worry about caring? All you have to do is say abracadabra Jesus right?
