Atheism requires as much faith as religion? bearvspuma : The only problem with this rationalization is that ita s assuming all athiests are so because theya re intelligent in the ways of science and reasoning and all people that believe in a form of god are unintelligent.

Hey, look at that. Honesty.

There's a first fur you.

Now prove it was predicted, as you claimed.

And prove they bombed in the name of their god.

Fair enough. Allah touches their heads also. You don't have a monopoly on deity groping.
I was rather sarcastically asking why your experience with god is any more valid than their experiences with god? There are an estimated 1.2 billion Muslims in the world. Do you really think it's a baseless claim to suggest that many of them had the same experience as you, that their god touched them and spoke with them? That's the monopoly I referred to. Again, I'll simplify this: why is your god real and their's false?.
Is that your way of admitting its only your opinion?

Thinking, river believes in one god, god the father, god the son and god the holy spirit. 1 + 1 + 1 = 1
Now the muslims only believe in one god, god the father. 1 = 1.
The muslim god demands that non-believers be murdered.
river's god does not and here is the biblical proof: Deuteronomy 13:13-19. "you must attack that town and completely destroy all its inhabitants,"
As you can clearly see, they are two completely different gods.
The muslim god selected Abraham to begin the new religion. By sheer coincidence, river's god did too!
The muslim god called on Abraham to sacrifice his son. By sheer coincidence, river's god did too!
The muslim god sent a flood to kill all but 8 people and... Yes! By sheer coincidence, river's god did too!
Clearly you can see that they are not the same god!
Derp. The Quran, the basis of the Muslim religion, is a twisted copy of the holy bible.

I'm sorry, I figured you knew that.

You said if there were less people to share heaven with, there would be more for you. Therefore you believe heaven is resource constrained.

NORAID's mission statement declares that:

1. Irish Northern Aid is an American based membership organization that supports through peaceful means, the establishment of a democratic 32-county Ireland.

2. Our Strategy: To develop a broad coalition of supporters for Irish Unity through organizing and educating the public, our members, political leaders, and the media.

3. To support the current Peace Process, including the full implementation of the Good Friday Agreement which was endorsed by the vast majority of the Irish people.

4. To support a process of National reconciliation and equality for all the citizens of Ireland.

5. Membership: In keeping with the principles of the 1916 Proclamation, Irish Northern Aid is open to anyone who shares these values.

That's their claim, son.

They lie.

They actually funneled funds into the IRA and similar groups, and have been declared a Terrorist Organisation in Ireland.

NORAID is not affiliated with the American republican party.
Even if it has a few republican from here in this org, it doesn't mean it is supported by the republican party.

From what I gather about NORAID it is mostly the Irish Catholics in the Boston area that support this group. But it isn't supported by
our republican party there either.

An omnipotent, omnibenevolent entity does not exist, otherwise he would do something about all the human suffering out there. Instead we inhabit a universe which acts exactly as you would expect without a god, some and lucky, some have a life of tragedy. As the saying goes nature is cruel.
