Assumed? There is nothing assumed about them, it is however something we have learned about events in the geological history of of this planet. But you I guess must reject all knowledge in order to keep your fantasy dream god alive and the hold on to the myths of your creator story. It is really sort of sad RR , that to believe you must lie to yourself. There are very smart Christians who have no need to do this, and they are no less believers. They just know where myth ends and reality takes over.

Nah, I barely even dabble in those areas. I have interest, but no formal or informal education in any of those. You?

Actually Evangelical Atheist is a contradiction of terms.
It must be a christian invention to turn high profile atheists like Dawkins into a priest and atheism into a religion.

There are other extinction theories, the KT event is just one of them.

It's plausible, but it's not a fact.

Here is where you are wrong, it isn't a plausibility or possibility.
It is a historical fact documented in the geological column.
The evidence does not lie and the fossil record reflects the change in Earths inhabitants. I did however mention the KT event, which is the most important event as far as man is concerned. It is the largest contributing factor for the evolution of mammal life , hence primates and the development of hominids on Earth.
All of Earths history at this point makes little difference, and everything from this point leads to a world populated by humans.

Atheists despite all the functions offered to them such as the world of academia, universities, technology and like cannot come up with one physical experiment that can produce physical results that can be measured or replicated.
All they come up with is giant theories with giant budgets which are nothing more than giant opinions which end up requiring giant media spin and hype to appear acceptable to the public and even then they play word games of semantics and dialectic to confuse people or make them apathetic.
They claim everything came from nothing, just think about it...no oxygen, no light, no dirt, nothing....and that it came from its own accord.
They will say that it came about by chance, but even chance can be measured in a matter of odds whether it be 100000000000000000 to 1 or 2 to 1. This implies the use of mathematics and 'nothing' cannot use mathematics on its own accord because it is .....well....nothing!
Only an intelligence can use mathematics as part of whatever equation it uses to decide to bring about 'something'.
So what was the intelligence that existed before creation as we know it?
There can be only one answer..... GOD ..!
Translation:-

"I don't understand Math, Physics.... therefore goddidit."

In short you you are just plain too dumb, too lazy to learn.

You have no evidence and neither do they.

If you cannot present is as verifiable, then it is not evidence.

Ya think perhaps he's confusing evidence with proof... thinking the two words mean the same thing?

That's a common misconception among people with neither.
