Nope.

Dismissal in the interest of justice (Cal. Penal Code, sec. 1385), a Catcher specialty. Look it up.

Those aren't always in the interest of justice. In some legal industry networking circles, they could be done in the personal interest of the judge. Once the conveyance of said interest is arranged in a discreet manner.

Isn't that your argument Dave? That some things are unknown so a god must have done it?

Did you sue the wall maker for hurting your head when you kept bashing it into it? Or the saw maker for when you cut your fingers off?

One would need to be a very talented lawyer for your stupidity Dave.

Misrepresenting Dave.

From the start, the tone of atheist evangelicals suggested desperation .

Atheism may be understood as a response to the persistence of faith.

This may explain the tone of atheists and increasingly angry at the fact that people continue to believe.

Atheists may wish control of America at the time of their decline?

Acker Bilk was more famous and made more money than those guys?
Here, critique this.

So thats your criteria for excellence, being famous and making money? I dare say Tiny Tim was just as famous and probably made just as much money. Milli Vanili was also very popular until they were found cheating. That horrible Male singer from Korea William Hung from American Idol made a lot of dough.

You're not even aware at how juvenile and simplistic this drum shit is. I can sit here with two pencils and play the exact same rhythms, not hard at all. Boy talk about easily impressed, you're a real patsy!!! Unarguably the greatest drummer of ALL times was the Great Buddy Rich. His solo on West Side Story suite is legendary. At least it is for those who truly understand what he is doing. You really need to get out more!!!!! boom, booity boom boom boom. Go Davis Nelson. LOL

I've no idea- the video has no connection to the song, btw.

There was a 250 year old Wisteria next to my first "town local". It survived a lot of history.

it has a strong will for survival. But what was that tree? A Venus tree?

Of course, rocks and thingies like that did assemble by specific processes.
Oh, you thought it was all by magic!!
Of course you would.
I don't consider physics and chemistry to be magic.

A nucleus of a radioactive substance can remain "stable" for millions of years - or decay right now. No reason.

Radioactive nuclei are smart. Gee. Maybe even smarter than Topix atheist science experts.
Lovely scientific approach, mac. Oh! It just happens!!!
