Apparently you didn't look very carefully at the chart you provided the link to.

For the chart that lists "Percent of deaths in age groups", death by firearms was the 3rd highest percentage for those in the 5-14 year group, and the 2nd highest percentage for those in both the 15-24 and 25-34. It's *over 20%* in the 15-24 group, and passed only by motor vehicle accidents.
