Bream is called a game fish, not wild game. A game fish can be caught for sport, which is why it is called a game fish, or for food. That is why you didn't need a fishing license to catch panfish using a cane pole in your home county.
You are being too broad in your application of the term and ignoring the food fish value and applicable laws enabling the commercial sale of such. You have heard of trot lines I am sure. Restrictions are established usually because of the particular fish population of the time. Same as seasons and catch limits. This is variable and done state by state. Which is why you will often see restrictions on transportation out of state or for commercial purposes.
You can always apply for a commercial fishermans license. My husband used to run trot lines and baskets for catfish and you have to have a tag on each line and each basket. I live in Georgia. I expect its different in different places. Bream and crappie and bass are pan fish. Only the bass has a length and weight limit to be keepers.

Hitler was also moral.

Like Israel, I live in a country that is expected to behave better than others - but I can deal with that.

Israel needs to learn that a fat and prosperous neighbour is better than a thin and angry one.

It will take brains to break this cycle. Any fuckwit can perpetuate violence. You should know that.

Failure to know the laws can result in jail, fines , confiscation of hunting/fishing equipment, boat, motor vehicle and loss of privileges. Better be sure Dave, the fines are steep and dire.
Out of season or violations can be a 10,000 dollar fine and all the above or more.

USDA is federal.

Bream is also a colloquial term for those critters.

As you will note some places allow sale and others don't.

Ever hear of good ol' southern fish fries? Church and political? Bet a lot of them weren't from the catch of the day.

That is why they urge you to get the little booklets with the license.

It has gotten very complex over the years. And a lot more restrictive.

SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA — At South Korea’s most prominent cathedral, worshippers must come early. Like they do every week, Catholics attending midday mass at Myeongdong Cathedral in Seoul on Sunday waited in long lines outside in the hope of getting a seat.

While large attendance is the norm at the church located in one of the capital’s busiest shopping areas, Sunday’s sermon held special significance ahead of Pope Francis’ visit. He arrives here Thursday for a five day visit, his first trip to Asia as pontiff.

The visit highlights the remarkable growth of the Roman Catholic Church in a country that has defied international trends by simultaneously becoming more wealthy and more religious. Since the last visit of a pope to South Korea in 1989, the number of Catholics here has almost tripled, rising to more than 10 percent of the population and a third of all Christians.

You need a broader understanding of those laws and reasons for them. They are for managing the resources.

Limits can be dropped and other restrictions lifted as situations present themselves to keep keep nature in balance. Food is not to be wasted. Drawdowns and droughts have caused many regulations to be suspended. Better than a body of water full of rotting fish.

Same applies to overpopulation of deer and other animals.

Right, it is illegal to sell wild meat without USDA inspection. You cant even have wild game processed in the same facility as meat that will be sold. Or even your own hand raised beef, pork or chicken. Must be totally separate.

You can have private dinners and eat any or all of it, but as far as a restaurant serving it full time, I am not sure how they would handle that.

American government or military isn't a dictatorship.
But even if they were, yes I'd take America NOT killing it's innocent people in the streets vs Hamas or ISIS killing innocent people in the streets.
You wouldn't?
LOL... good job I read your post last night before I went home otherwise I would have sprayed my coffee.

Not fascist? Not a dictatorship? Your pretty pink and fluffy dream of the light hearted and gentle nature of the US is so touching.

You will toe the line, you will proceed as we want, you will form your government in our image, you will not do anything to upset the delicate senilities of the American public - You will allow extradition of your citizens who break US law to the US as US demand but we will never reciprocate for US citizens who break your laws.

The CIA are the most dictatorial organisation on this planet and ask any of the inmates of Guantanamo bay just how fascist the US military can be.

And you forgot the Israeli terrorist killing innocent women and children under the protection of the UN (and killing an 8 year old girl under the protection of cease fire) But I suppose you consider that sort of terrorism to be ok because you help finance it.

Seems you are always OK with terrorism that you help finance. Hypocrite.

Two wild accusations.
1. Church on every corner
2. Preachers making profit
You'll have to excuse mot for not taking your word for it.
1. In some areas of the SE USA there are towns with more churches than street corners. Can’t remember the name but I passed through a small town, one street – no corners – 3 churches... get over it

And of course can’t forget Las Vegas, the gambling capitol of the world. More churches than casinos

2. So you are saying that preachers go on for a few weeks, then starve to death for lack of food. Benny Hinn... Joyce Meyer... Kenneth Copeland... Creflo Dollar... Eddie Long... want more? Tell me have you ever seen a down and out preacher?

So whether you tale my word for it or not is not really my problem but your delusion...
