The last three reported shootings in churches were perpetrated by members of those churches (e.g. a man who shot his ex-wife while she played the organ, a pastor who committed suicide).

Don't expect this to be any different.

Keep the bullets on the inside of the church so the public is not in danger.

As predicted, the shooter was a godbot:

So much for the idea that getting prayer out of schools caused the Newtown massacre, as some wingnuts have suggested. Apparently the invisible sky fairy can't even patrol his own houses of worship effectively. Between church shootings and priests molesting kids, the sky fairy has more on his plate than he can handle just trying to keep things safe in church without taking on keeping schools safe.

Well, what do you expect? When you chase god out of the church, why would you expect him to be there to protect people?

NRA Repsonse = We need to have armed police security and priests/pastors, at every church in the country!

If video games are outlawed, only outlaws will have video games.

From:
http://www.ndtv.com/article/world/after-us-sc...
"...Bullet Blocker reported it was selling 50 to 100 bulletproof backpacks a day after the shooting, up from about 10 to 15 in an average week. The children's backpacks, which are designed to be used as shields, cost more than $200 each.
Most of the children killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary massacre were shot at close range and likely would not have been saved by armored backpacks. At any rate, children don't usually wear their backpacks at their desks or while walking around school."

Armored backpack/vest combo? Whatever next?

From:
http://gunwalker.com/5.7x28mm/armorpiercing.h...
"In the United States, armor piercing handgun ammunition is illegal for civilians. However, what constitutes an armor piercing bullet ... is often not what you might think. Specifically, the SS190 ammunition made by FN, which is voluntarily restricted to military and police sales, does not fit the Federal definition of armor piercing, regardless of how it is marketed."
