YHVH dictated to Moses what he did not have first hand knowledge of (creation, flood, life of Abraham and so on). YHVH God of Israel wrote 10 Torah on stone (twice). Easy as that, no problem for someone who is able to reason.

It seems more like you are trying very hard to disagree and twist everything.
