If the intelligent design group wants to teach their abject fucktardery, they should do it at their local place of worship.

The students are paying money to attend that school and to receive an education based on facts, not bullshit and wishful thinking. If they wanted that they could shove that money into the collection plate on Sundays.

IN other news, the Discovery Institute also called on the government to investigate NASA for promoting the idea that the earth is round and orbits the sun, contrary to the teachings of the bible.

Next thing you know, they will be protesting clocks, since they depict time moving forward instead of backward toward the bronze age.

I had a Lebanon bologna sandwich for lunch :D

Try a sandwich with some potato chips inside sometime. Also, try putting some thin slices into a frying pan with a little olive oil and salami, then add that to a roll with some oregano and provolone (made that one up while working the cafeteria's deli section in college and everyone loved it!).

Spreading cream cheese on a slice and rolling it up makes for great party snacks too, assuming you don't eat them all yourself.

We all know what this is, a group complaining that they are being persecuted by being bashed be the scientific community, despite the fact that they had plenty of time in the courtrooms to make a good case but yet came up with gems like "Astrology is scientific theory".

As for promoting atheism yes they quoted "Science Must Destroy Religion" from the seminar but I want the whole thing for, the same reason that you need to read or hear the whole of the "You didn't build that" speech to get the real message.

I've done that last one many times. Philadelphia brand, of course.

There's others? You must be from near Central PA originally, right?

Also, nice to see a topic on ID finally producing a decent conversation with something to gain!

But the real message doesn't support their rantings... hence the need to slice and dice to get a 'phrase' they can claim supports their lies... um.. I mean 'position'

Born in Altoona, grew up in Philly then lived in the Harrisburg area after the Air Force.
