All causality occurs in time. Coincidental causality (which isn't a coherent concept) still requires time to happen, so is still part of the universe. The universe itself cannot be caused.

You have absolutely no way of knowing that, unless you are omniscient. I do not believe you are omniscient. As it is easily demonstrated that causality can be simultaneous, it follows that there is no valid objection to it occurring in timeless state, or absent strictly universe time.
2. Coincidental causality IS a coherent concept. Your objections, which I refuted previously one by one, are incoherent.
3. "The universe itself cannot be caused"
This lie ratchets up your previous lie, that the universe does not "require" a cause.
