At what point will you be willing to admit you are wrong if nothing 'significant' happens? 2014? 2016? 2020?

No need to write it down. You'll remind us as it gets closer. Then, during that entire 15 month period, you'll say things like "This is it! Won't be long now!"

Then, when it passes and - again - nothing happens, you'll offer up some lame excuse about the calculation being wrong because of some mistranslation of the bible or some such nonsense and then tell us that the real date will be XX.

Its what you fundies always do when your lies are exposed...

No theist is ever finished without threatening you with his imagination.

I heard many atheists say, the Bible is a fairy tale, it's a 2000year old fairy designed by some man who wanted to free his imagination, and write stories.
But is the Bible really a fairy tale. A fairy tale is a book written for small children, so why is it banned in 53countries of the world. Who bans a fairy tale story.
No. The bible is the truth of God with the power of salvation.

Wow...so I guess we can put you down on the side of "yes, the bible is a fairy tale"
Yes, the NT is a fairy tale but not the old, it's important to separate the two. They are mutually exclusive. The OT will be fulfilled and will pass the test.

Does that mean you live by the rules set forth in the OT?

You thought of a great new screen name for yourself.
"Limited Moral Ape"
I would have suggested "Stupid Sonuvabitch"
But that one is good, too.
Which would make you simply "Limited Ape".(shrug)

Actually, something 'substantial' is going to happen in our world between March 2014 and Sept 2015...
I have no idea what it is, but this has been put on the hearts of Christians that diligently seek God...
This is not a prophesy!
Ya got that right.

I do abide by the 613 laws in the OT as I interpret them. My practices though are not identical to those of the Jews. I do not add to or diminish from the commandments, but I also believe a lot of the laws and judgments will be modified by the Messiah, except for the Testimony, the 10 commandments. Those commandments are timeless, that's why they were written in stone. The rest of the law is subject to the times.

So you currently practice stoning certain people to death?

And therein lies the problem. Jews say their interpretation is correct. Catholics say their interpretation is correct. Protestants say their interpretation is correct. Mormons say their interpretation is correct. Muslims say their interpretation is correct. You say your interpretation is correct.

Unfortunately none of you can prove it any more than the Hindu can prove Vishnu is the big daddy. When that's taken into account, what's left?

You're being sarcastic but the answer to your question is no. We are not to take the law into our own hands. That's what courts are for, judgment belongs to God.

There is some truth in all religions and what I practice is an eclectic faith. When God comes to earth, she will establish all things and unite the righteous against the wicked. At least we will all be able to agree that the OT is the foundation of life on earth, we will know this because it will be fulfilled.

So you are a Jew as well? I am a Jew, but converted to Christianity.

You say your practices though are not identical to those of the Jews, but if you abide by 613 laws, you must follow them all.

Christians aren't part of the covenant between G-d and Jews.

*You are very different. It's like you have your own set of rules... Hhhmmm

What maniac would deliberately make a gun who's target consumer is ... CHILDREN?
Seriously, there are rifles on the market, specifically made for PRE-TEENS! Real, gunpowder-using rifles...
... and the number of child-deaths to these engines of destruction keeps going up-up-up...
....... ugg.
Who Would Jesus Shoot?
Answer: children, first... right?
... meh.

Well the xtians claim that Jesus and God are one. The old testament God had no problem butchering kids.
