Plants need the sun to grow, the Buybull has plants growing before there is a sun. And a circle is flat.

1) no-- atheists do not "just believe"-- atheists demand PROOF, and FACTS and such things. "just believe" is what you morons of faith do....
2) the universe is an UNCAUSED event. Go study Quantum Mechanics for how that works-- QM has more facts, more proof, more study than about anything in science. It is well established fact.
What's more?
QM, since it is a non-causal system? Proves to 100% that an OMNISCIENT GOD cannot exist in a Quantum-mechanical universe.
The very fact OF omniscience would DESTROY a quantum-mechanical universe.
*poof* there goes your god-- gone from experimental PROOF.
I am sorry for your loss (of self-respect)
Tell me about QM science, why should I learn it if you don't look for answers in the bible

Why learn about Quantum Mechanics?

Because the Universe is based on Quantum Mechanical processes?

Funny thing about your bible-- it doesn't mention Quantum Mechanics.

Rather an oversight, if your bible-god is the author of the universe...

... rather more proof that your bible-god isn't real.

THAT is why you should learn it.

And that is ALSO why the bible is not worthy of study.

Alas, I suspect you are not mentally up to the challenge to understand quantum mechanics.

Oh well.

Yeah, I know that is rather uppity of me to presume this-- but it's based on your simplistic posting style, and your very black-or-white worldview.

Quantum mechanics cannot be understood with just a black-or-white viewpoint-- because QM isn't either-or. It's all probabilities-- all the time, too.

Meaning QM is not deterministic either. Therefore, it is also not cause-and-effect.

And that is likely entirely beyond what you can get--

--- after all, QM is rather the opposite of "goddidit"...

There is nothing left of Carter's legacy-- Reagan-the-brain-dead dismantled it entirely.
And started us down the road to SPEND-SPEND-SPEND-SPEND-TILL-W E-DROP.
Carried on by Bush 1. Briefly slowed, then stopped by Clinton. But re-started and multiplied by an order of magnitude by Bush2.
And we are suffering from it even still...
... Obama has managed to slow, then stop it once more-- apart from the WARS he inherited from Bush2, of course-- those, he is TRYING to stop (and I fault him for not trying hard enough).
Deficit spending DOES seem to be a Republican Mantra. Why not? They are hell-bent on getting RICH, no matter what-- and feeding no-bid government spending into a privately-held company WILL make a person rich, if they KNOW about it ahead of time...
... as Cheny did with Haliburton.(for example)
They want to cut spending on things like welfare, unemployment benefits, schools, while increasing spending for the things that really contribute to the deficit, like military spending and cut taxes for corporations.

Reagan started with the regulation-dismantling. And it was continued under subsequent ReThugs--

And now? The ReThug from Texas has the brass ones to DEMAND government bail out-- FOR SOMETHING THE RETHUGS DELIBERATELY CAUSED BY DE-REGULATION!
Typical conservative behavior. Demand de-regulation and then blame the liberal for the consequence. The second step is to stand against your own conservative principles and to ask the government for money.
Conservative states are the biggest takers of welfare.

It says in Psalm 22:30 "...it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation" A generation is 40 years so VWD Day could come at any time now. Back in 2006? I took especial pains to write in such a way, that I was not insulting, and made it clear when I was expressing my opinion. I was careful to avoid absolute language too.
It was a complete waste of effort-- nobody appreciated my efforts to be careful, or humble, or to avoid hyperbole...
... and the god-robots would ignore my qualifying language, and zero in on my qualifying adjectives as me being uncertain or weak or not even having a valid point to make.
In short? They didn't get it, and those who were on my side, didn't care one way or the other, either.
There was one person-- who was a thoughtful theist, who did express appreciation. But she was an exceptional poster, and what was worse, she did not return the consideration--she frequently used absolute language against non-theists... so...
... I gave up being nice. There did not seem to be a point; my target audience mistook me being nice, as me being unsure and weak--a target (in other words).
And the formerly thoughtful theist turned on me like a rabid wolf, once when I made a thoughtful (but critical) observation of her religion--even though I took care to be polite.
So much for being nice, or being thoughtful.
It got me zip.
Oh well. The absolutist-language is much easier to write anyhow, as is the sarcastic tone I most often employ.
I find I prefer the sarcasm anyhow-- sarcasm is one of the things that helped ME to flush religious indoctrination after all....
... THANKS, Monty Python's Flying Circus! You have helped make my current world-view what it is today.

It is hard to be nice to them when they tell you that you are going to hell for simply inheriting a legacy of an act that you did not commit(Adam and Eve) and that in order to save yourself you must prostrate yourself before their delusion.
They send their preachers to molest people who simply want to enjoy life, telling us how wicked we are because we are not them.
If you ask me, that is true impertinence and condescension.
No wonder the Romans did not like them.
