<quoted text>Amazing how anything you don't understand is 'blah blah blah'. And, again, you ignore the difference between apes and monkeys (humans are the former, not the latter).

Since there is a scientific definition of 'species', but no such for 'kind', you have no science to back you up. I'm sure even you realize the difference between a robin and a blue jay. Do you consider them to be of a 'bird kind'? Why do you consider all monkeys to be one 'kind'? Are tigers and housecats the same 'kind'? How about lions and tigers? What is the exact criterion for distinguishing different 'kinds'? Intuition on the part of Christians?
"you ignore the difference between apes and monkeys (humans are the former, not the latter). "

You've got it wrong. I see the difference.
I just understand what is a Kind vs your pathetic specie title that was invented to promote your baseless evolution claim.

So are blue eyed people a different species then brown eyed people?
Blonds vs Brunets...... Etc Etc Etc

Why I bet we could come up with hundreds of (human / Ape / monkey) species.

<quoted text>
A fungus (/ˈfʌŋɡəs/; plural: fungi[3] or funguses[4]) is a member of a large group of eukaryotic organisms that includes microorganisms such as yeasts and molds (British English: moulds), as well as the more familiar mushrooms. These organisms are classified as a kingdom, Fungi, which is separate from plants, animals, and bacteria. One major difference is that fungal cells have cell walls that contain chitin, unlike the cell walls of plants, which contain cellulose. These and other differences show that the fungi form a single group of related organisms, named the Eumycota (true fungi or Eumycetes), that share a common ancestor (a monophyletic group). This fungal group is distinct from the structurally similar myxomycetes (slime molds) and oomycetes (water molds). The discipline of biology devoted to the study of fungi is known as mycology (from the Greek μύκης mukēs, meaning "fungus"). Mycology has often been regarded as a branch of botany, even though it is a separate kingdom in biological taxonomy. Genetic studies have shown that fungi are more closely related to animals than to plants.

Wrong. The species concept was derived from actual observation of the types of animals, plants, and fungi that actually exist and their breeding capabilities.

You claim one 'monkey kind', but that allows variations from the squirrel monkey, to the macaque, to the rhesus monkey, to the night monkeys, to the howler monkeys. Everyone that even looks at these understands they are of different species. Furthermore, if your idea of 'kind' allows so much evolution that these differences can be bridged, then the relatively small differences between chimpanzees (which are not monkeys) and humans are small enough that we would also be in the same 'kind'.

No, blue eyed and brown eyed humans can interbreed and produce fertile offspring. A howler monkey and a spider monkey cannot.
Why I bet we could come up with hundreds of (human / Ape / monkey) species.
Only one species of human. There are many species of apes and even more species of monkeys.

So please define what it means to be a 'kind'.

Are lions and tigers of the same kind? How would you tell?

Are tigers and housecats of the same kind? How would you tell?

Are tigers and cougars of the same kind? How would you tell?

Are dogs and wolves of the same kind? How would you tell?

Are grizzly bears and polar bears of the same kind? How would you tell?

Are polar bears and pandas of the same kind? How would you tell?

Are spider monkeys and howler monkeys of the same kind? How would you tell?

Are chimpanzees and gorillas of the same kind? How would you tell?

Are chimpanzees and spider monkeys of the same kind? How would you tell?

How about mosquitoes and houseflies? Houseflies and honey bees? Bees and wasps? Are all mosquitoes of the same 'kind'? Are all butterflies of the same 'kind'? All insects? All 'worms'?

You see, in order to do *science* you have to have precise definitions. You also have to have methods of deciding classification based on those definitions.

You concept of 'kind' is based on a limited knowledge base that fails to deal with the actual complexities of the real world. Plus, the rates of evolution required inside of your 'kinds' is far, far faster than anything required in the actual, biological theory of evolution.

What a Dolt!

I was pointing out that yes Science has many classes of life. Nothing wrong with that, as they zoom in on understanding life better they learn the difference.
While the bible list plant and animal life.

I tend to look at it the same as when science names 130 species of monkeys
While the Bible calls them all just one Kind.

Species does not mean the same thing as Kind and life forms in science is different then life forms in the bible.

Then you said "we and monkeys" together.

ape that ever existed. You will never win your argument, especially from a topix platform. But you will look silly trying to destroy science using religion in topix. It's like hunting for bears in the middle of the south pacific. If you do find one there

Modern science doesn't need to be attacked because modern science can actually give you the most probable answer for any question you ask, if you are willing to look into it. If you are simply here to argue then why waste your time?
