Here's the whole post.

I see your way of thinking now, if I post something with out documentation it's called BS. But if I post documentation you call the documentation BS and if it's a dictionary Well they just don't keep up with a fast changing language.

So your word not document is more accurate then a quote out of a dictionary.

Go Figure!

LMAO!

By the way? You still haven't explained this:

Christianity: The belief that some cosmic Jewish Zombie can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him that you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree.

Makes perfect sense.

<quoted text>There are more dictionaries, and more accurate ones, as well as many that show the history of the words. You stick to one source only because it obfuscates the truth. That is lying.
It's not a lie to quote a very well known and excepted documentation as Merruam-Webster.

<quoted text>Webster's Ninth New Collegiate Dictionary defines atheism thus:

1 a : disbelief in the existence of a deity; b: the doctrine that there is no deity

2 : UNGODLINESS, WICKEDNESS

It follows that either disbelieve in deities or believe that none exist. Which definition applies depends on context. Nevertheless, the same addition defines "atheist" as one who denies the existence of God. The disparity between the two entries highlights its inherent bias.

The online M-W is an abbreviated version, as is the phone app. The full dictionary is available by subscription only. Again, I suggest that you take the time to learn a bit about lexicography and how dictionaries are compiled and updated. You still seem to be missing the very basic principle that the meanings of words vary with context and change over time. Lexicographers do their best to keep up with the changes inherent in a living language, but no dictionary is perfect.

I don't know how many times I said it is a quote from Merriam-Webster.

That is not an explanation of this-- which is a HIGHLY accurate description of your ugly religion:

Christianity: The belief that some cosmic Jewish Zombie can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him that you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree.

So you admit that the phrase:

Who Would Jesus BS

Is an accurate assessment of you?

That is almost ... refreshingly honest.

My bet is simple: Siro is an attention wh**re.

That's about it, really--

-- when Siro first started posting his ugly sh7t, I called him on his BS.

He then proceeded to stalk me to the other threads, and posted his inane crap.

So I concluded he was simply an attention sl7u7, and refused to play: I started ignoring him.

At first, he got really angry at me ignoring him-- he really, >>really<< hated that.

And his vitrol got really ... ugly.

But he revealed himself as just another True Believer™ in the process-- something I called him on on Day One.

I certainly have no fantasies about you...(well maybe one where you and all the other maltheists from here are stuck on a desert island and you are all screaming and arguing about who hates God the most).
.
Fantasies about you?!.......Puke!.....No really,.......Puke!
Its not prison slang either.....you poofter
Mal-theist? Ha, ha, ha, ha, bad, bad, bad theist. LOL! It's too bad you have nothing to say against us, it's not healthy to direct all your vitriol, inwards. Poor, poor silly bad theist. You got caught using a "es-too-pid" so now you are trying to claim, we are you. You should have written it as malatheist, which would have been just as fooked up, but it would have in some small way been actually directed at us, you silly maltheist.

Btw, the god you imagine that we hate is ...... nonexistent, and it would be silly to hate, like or even to pretend either for your pretend deity.

My basic reaction to the realizion that I was an atheist and had been for a long time was, "Now what? How does the realization that there are no deities effect discourse of any sort? What kind of relationships can I find with other nonbelievers?"

The quest for answers to those questions and the resulting search for a community of atheists led me to the Topix atheism forum, where I met with suspicion about my motives. Now I know that newcomers asking questions are more often evangelical trolls than genuinely curious newbies, but at the time, I reacted with a stunned defensiveness that alienated me from those already here.

As I slowly found my place within the forum, I found the constant debate over the basic questions that I'd already settled to my own satisfaction to be a huge distraction from the more exciting prospect of dialogue with other nonbelievers about the widest possible range of subjects. This turned out to be impossible because every discussion was turned into a debate about religion by said evangelistic trolls.

So I participated mostly as a fact checker, a role that I quite enjoy, and as an advocate for kindness and courtesy, which I value. The latter role has been largely unsuccessful, sad to say. I sometimes wish more of us would let go of concerns about who we are dealing with and focus more on any actual ideas that might arise, but that might reduce the number of participants below the "critical mass" required to keep the forum alive and active. It's a quandary.

But I would like to reiterate one point: we can talk about ideas or about each other, but only rarely about both.

Aren't ideas more interesting in the long run?

A nice description for much of the Bible.

Full of myths stolen from elsewhere (Babylonian, Egyptian, Sumerian, etc) and passing them off as its own without crediting the source.

I have several possible ideas, but I think the over powering one is that he cannot counter any of my actual points so he has to make up things in a lame attempt to insult. Sadly, he doesn't realize that only morons are insulted by what he posts.

You have only one point, and its a rather flaccid one at that.
