Will wonders never cease.
Still, I can't wait for the day the polls say that a minority of the population would vote for a christian.
It would be nice to see that in my lifetime.

The writer of this article...
implies that atheism is a faith, i.e. "If you compare atheism with the next largest faiths in America, the difference is significant."
The writer makes the point that Atheists still appear the least trusted group and have a long way to go.

I could vote for an atheist if they believed in the constitution and religious freedom. And if they were competent to hold such a office and believed in freedom.
Now if they didn't believe in the constitution and freedom and wanted to implement state atheism like some of our topix atheist, I would never vote for them.
