About the Census..
&fe ature=youtu.be

News item, courtesy, Cornwall Humanists...
"The family of the late Major Sidney Excell, a committed atheist best known as the man who arrested Head of the Gestapo Heinrich Himmler have today said that they are appalled at the government refusal to include a humanist at the wreath laying ceremony on Remembrance Day.

In a statement put out by the family they commented ‘It is devastating to know that a man who played not a small role in history not be remembered by the country he so loved. It is
disgusting that the Government has consistently denied requests for a humanist representative to be placed with religious representatives. We call for an end to this blatant discrimination - and that is what it is."

You are not intelligent, a hero, a patriot, a model citizen or privileged if you have no neurological disorder.

I'm sure many of us have notice that when you click the link for the atheist census, you see the message

'Atheist Census is offline as the result of a denial of service (DoS) attack.

'Support for the project has been fantastic - Atheist Census was live for around 17 hours and we have 8,880 confirmed entries and another c. 2,300 pending.

'We are working hard to get Atheist Census back online as soon as possible.'

Just shows how desperate someone is to prevent the census from being done.

What does the coward fears so much about it, eh?

Religion is based on superstition. Naturally,'followers' fear questions and facts.

Free-thinkers and rationalists need never fear a question. Those who only believes anything as far as the belief is justified by reason and evidence need fear no question, ever.

Belief should only be relative and a matter of degree,(never something one 'keeps strong' or 'loses'). Even facts change over time. In the past, the Earth being flat and the centre of the Universe appeared to be facts to most people. Before the theory of evolution had become documented, explained and accepted, most educated people might have agreed that it was a fact that each species had its own origin. That all life evolved from certain very early events was more debatable. So even some 'facts' change with time.
