And, in the same vein:

The whole religious complexion of the modern world is due to the absence from Jerusalem of a lunatic asylum.

Ha ha, no it means an evo. freak article passed around to other, like-minded evo. freak evolutionists who cluck approvingly. It's all about the preconceived notions you go into it with;
It means a science review panel of s=actual working scientists (of mixed religious beliefs or non-beleifs) who evaluate an article based on its testable hypothesis and its research methodology.

Creationist articles, sooner or later, get down to "The Bible says this is what happened, so therefore it's true."

Therefore, they never can pass actual scientific peer-review.

Creationists are just honest about their presuppositions!
No, actually, they're NOT. That has been documented in numerous court cases, where Christians have been rebuked by the judiciary for attempting to slip a phony form of sciencey-sounding Bible nonsense into public school science classes AS SCIENCE -- not as freely-admitted religious proselytizing.

No one in science "blindly gobbles up" so-called "Belief" in evolution.

The evidence is there to be examined and accepted or rejected.

"Force-feeding lies which they blindly gobble up" is actually a perfectly god description of the methodology of your form of Protestant, fundamentalist Christianity, isn;t it?

Really? Define it. Hint: It is NOT synonymous with what you have been taught by Mummy and Daddy to believe is the religious "Truth."

It is true that the sun will likely rise tomorrow morning.
It is FACTUAL that the sun will come up over the horizon (assuming we can see it without clouds), based on countless centuries of anecdotal evidence and our knowledge of science.

That kind of colloquial understanding of "truth' is quite different from a philosophical or religious issue of truth.

I wonder if you can see the irony of a closed-minded fundamentalist Christian glibly making a statement like this. I'm guessing not.

No scientist has "faith" that evolution occurred. We accept that it has because of mass and voluminous EVIDENCE, which can be checked, double-checked and REFUTED by you Jesus Freaks. Not sure what is stopping you, if in fact creation is "true." Shouldn't it be EASY and have happened LONG AGO? LOL

Ah, the THREAT again. That Juicy Christian Revenge Fantasy in action once more!

So your psycho Jesus will quiz us on whether we "believed in evolution" just before he throws into his private torture chamber to be burned continuously forever and ever and ever....etc.?

Ouch! That's really gonna hurt, won't it? LOL

There is a great deal of such evidence; your kind just choose to ignore it or belittle it. Good luck with your afterlife; oh that's right, you probably think there is no such thing; good luck with that, too!
And have you (or you kind) ever provided the evidence? Nope you just keep saying that evidence exists and expect the world to trust your lies.

Nope you have no evidence, however there is scientific fact, which unfortunately for ‘your kind’ can be proven and is falsifiable whereas bronze age Jew magic and religious guesswork cannot be proven and is not falsifiable.

‘Your kind’ choose instead to imagine the guesswork of bronze age escaped slaves and goat herders because you don’t have the intelligence to survive in the modern world. It’s a case of “doh, I dun unnerstan all dis hard stuff it makes my head hurt so it mus be my god what dun it”

Ahh luck, I find the subject fascinating how such goddesses as Fortuna and Tyche can infiltrate in amongst christians and they don’t even realise they are worshipping what the babble calls false gods. Do you see the hypocrisy here? No I guess you don’t…

It has been easily refuted, but people such as yourself are blinded by Satan and will not see the truth before your eye. Evolution is ludicrous!

Funny, Education used to be Bible-based and produced some of the greatest thinkers in history. I say that current "education" is what is dumbing people down!

Evangelical Chistians know that education is their enemy as well. Why else would they continue to re-word/re-title their creationist claims ('Intelligent Design' and 'Teach the controversy') in order to try and wedge them into public school science classes? It's their last ditch effort to keep the next generation as dumb as they choose to be. Apparently it's not enough just to keep their own kids stupid... they want everyone else's kids to be stupid too.

I don't have to produce the proof. You have a computer and the Internet; there are numerous sites that provide the proof much better than I could!

Not Mom or Dad, my own study and reason.

The belief in God has been instilled in every human being since the beginning. How else would people who have never heard of such a thing as Jesus or God still believe that there IS a power higher than themselves? And in the ancient past, the people were given ample empirical evidence; the difference is only time, since we didn't live when God was making Himself known directly.

I am open minded to anything sensible. That's the problem, evo makes no sense, and if atheists weren't so driven by the need to erase the Creator from the picture, they would see that for themselves!

Rational Thinking is the bane of christianity. How long did to take before the buybull was allowed to be translated and read in their local languages. The churches murdered people like William Tyndale in 1536 for doing such translations.
