1. The idea that we came from aliens just goes to show how desperate atheists are at coming up with an alternative for the obvious, a creator. And furthermore, it would still not answer the question of origins because it begs the ? who created the aliens?
2. The evidence points to creation more so than to evo.!
3. The evidence for creation is overwhelming; the evidence for evo. is lacking and what there "seems" to be is based on erroneous guesswork.
But you know all of this, I am sure, as you have probably been told time and again by others on here and on the many sites that refute evo.
You still don't get it. Atheism is a nonbelief in deities. That's it. You can't take my comment and call atheists stupid, because an extremely small percentage believe aliens created life on earth. What you have stated is extremely dishonest, but I can't say I'm surprised you are lying for Jesus.

The origin of life is still unanswered, but you don't get to insert God, without evidence. Which by the way, is another dishonest comment of yours.

You claim evidence, now show it. Evolution has more evidence than any other scientific theory. Why do you continue to lie?

Be honest for once, and admit you don't want to believe the evidence for evolution, because you want to be loyal to your faith.

And don't worry, you are not alone, there are plenty of ignorant people in the world who also don't belief the holocaust happened, despite the evidence. Bet you think they are nuts, don't ya?

Waiting for your evidence, liar.

Defensive :-)

Why are materialist atheists, not the normal ones we all know, but the trolls so defensive ?

Materialism may limit their thought patters, who can really tell, not their ability to prat on and on in that defensive mode?

You don't think posting "give up your lost religion and seek the truth of Jesus" on an atheist board is "starting an argument"?

Not interested in misinformation from a "Christian" website set up to deny science and preach Jesus instead.

Got a legitimate scientific website -- a university biology department, a peer-reviewed journal article, etc.-- that says "abiogenesis is impossible, come to Jesus"?

Not a choice at all -- at least to intelligent, thoughtful people.

No one needs to be "saved" and no one is in danger of being "lost," whatever you think that means.

We've discussed this before in previous threads: these Christians, if they are so, are simply compromisers and should be ashamed of themselves.
Actually, they are highly educated biologists and geologists who actually understand the science (unlike you), PLUS they accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

What's YOUR problem? LOL

PLUS: "The Clergy letter Project" signed by 12,887 Christian clergy men and women as of today.
http://www.theclergyletterproject.org/

Quote

We the undersigned, Christian clergy from many different traditions, believe that the timeless truths of the Bible and the discoveries of modern science may comfortably coexist.

We believe that the theory of evolution is a foundational scientific truth, one that has stood up to rigorous scrutiny and upon which much of human knowledge and achievement rests.

To reject this truth or to treat it as “one theory among others” is to deliberately embrace scientific ignorance and transmit such ignorance to our children.

We believe that among God’s good gifts are human minds capable of critical thought and that the failure to fully employ this gift is a rejection of the will of our Creator. To argue that God’s loving plan of salvation for humanity precludes the full employment of the God-given faculty of reason is to attempt to limit God, an act of hubris.

We urge school board members to preserve the integrity of the science curriculum by affirming the teaching of the theory of evolution as a core component of human knowledge.

We ask that science remain science and that religion remain religion, two very different, but complementary, forms of truth.

I wasn't talking to you, but since you did.

How is anything I sad defensive? Correcting someone for lying is defensive? Calling someone out who makes a claim without evidence is defensive?

Any comment you have ever made, that I have ever seen, never has any merrit.

Well the title of this thread says it all,“truth of Jesus” LOL. Surely the creator of the thread forgot the quotes and capital as in “Truth” to distinguish the christian mythology, faith and lies from the actual meaning of the word truth.

It's just a suggestion that they should seek the Truth and give up their state of being lost. If my wording offends, then it's probably because they are offended by the truth of it!

The articles on the site I mentioned are peer reviewed. We are talking about the difference between evo. "science" and bible-based science. Why would I look for non-Christian sites to back up Christian assertions?

And it's funny you should say this considering science began with "intelligent, thoughtful" people who were believers in a creator!
