The following link shows why abiogenesis is impossible and, therefore, why evolution is impossible. Quit trying to deny the undeniable and embrace the Creator!

You obviously do not know what Atheism is, or you would not make such stupid comments.

Atheism is the belief that there is no God, or gods, and that we all came into existence through evolution. Atheism is, IOW, a religion whose god is the self and whose prophet is time.

I know what science is NOT; it is not evolution or the evolutionary concepts of origins!

I didn't post this to start an argument. Believe it and be saved or disbelieve and be lost. The choice is yours!

Atheists don't necessarily believe that life came into existence through evolution. There are still atheists who believe that we were intelligently designed by aliens. They call themselves Raelians.

The only reason a large majority of atheists, and large portion of religious people, believe in evolution, is based on the evidence.

That's what you don't get. To a large majority that call themselves atheists, evidence is everything. A claim without it, simply tells us there's no reason to believe the claim. Seems pretty reasonable, doesn't it?

Really? Tell that to the evangelical Christians at Baylor University, the "largest Baptist University in the world," where the students go on mission trips, etc.

This is from the Biology Department at Baylor:
http://www.baylor.edu/biology/index.php...

Statement on Evolution
"Evolution, a foundational principle of modern biology, is supported by overwhelming scientific evidence and is accepted by the vast majority of scientists. Because it is fundamental to the understanding of modern biology, the faculty in the Biology Department at Baylor University, Waco, TX, teach evolution throughout the biology curriculum. We are in accordance with the American Association for Advancement of Science's statement on evolution. We are a science department, so we do not teach alternative hypotheses or philosophically deduced theories that cannot be tested rigorously."

Also, here from the Baylor Geology Department:
http://www.baylor.edu/geology/index.php...

Quote:

"Question: Does the fossil record support the idea of biological change over time (biological evolution)?

Yes. The fossil record clearly indicates...

• a progression in complexity of organisms from very simple fossil forms in the oldest rocks (>3.5 billion years old) to a broad spectrum from simple to complex forms in younger rocks,

• that some organisms that were once common are now extinct, and

• that the living organisms inhabiting our world today are similar (but generally not the same) as organisms represented as fossils in young sedimentary deposits, which in turn have evolutionary ancestors represented as fossils in yet older rocks.

Mammals, for example, are prevalent today and can be traced back in the fossil record for approximately 200 million years, but are not present as mammals in the fossil record before that; however, fossil forms that have reasonably been interpreted to be associated with the evolutionary precursors to mammals are found in older rocks.

Whether biological evolution occurs has not been a matter of scientific debate for more than a century. It is considered a proven fact."

If you didn't post this to start an argument, then the only other apparent motivation would be a delusion that atheists would be moved from their disbelief by a simple minded exhortation. Seriously, do you blindly follow random advice from anonymous people on the internet? If so, you need to be kept away from the cutlery and your own money.

1. The idea that we came from aliens just goes to show how desperate atheists are at coming up with an alternative for the obvious, a creator. And furthermore, it would still not answer the question of origins because it begs the ? who created the aliens?

2. The evidence points to creation more so than to evo.!

3. The evidence for creation is overwhelming; the evidence for evo. is lacking and what there "seems" to be is based on erroneous guesswork.

But you know all of this, I am sure, as you have probably been told time and again by others on here and on the many sites that refute evo.

We've discussed this before in previous threads: these Christians, if they are so, are simply compromisers and should be ashamed of themselves.

I don't blindly follow anyone. though I might be inclined to consider their info. That said, that is the reason I posted it; there could be people who are not so certain of the misinformation they have been fed over the years and might choose to rethink their position.

Well the title of this thread says it all,“truth of Jesus” LOL. Surely the creator of the thread forgot the quotes and capital as in “Truth” to distinguish the christian mythology, faith and lies from the actual meaning of the word truth.

Open a dictionary and educate yourself.
