Around and around it goes.
Once again, religiously-biased prison officials go out of their way to deny equality to non-believers.
Note that in the article, the prison's "authority" is a chaplain-- a self-professed **theist** who could not possibly have an inkling of what it means to be an atheist in a religiously-dominated environment.
