My blog posts on religion have attracted a lot of controversy. Religious people are annoyed by my claim that belief in God will go the way of horse transportation, and for much the same reason, specifically an improved standard of living.

Science has its scope and its limitation. It cannot be used to judge things which are outside its purview.
Those using science as judge on these matters are misusing science.

Being from Saudi you must also accept that religion is misused. In Saudi it is misused to subjugate women, ethnic and religious minorities.

When religion is used wisely then it can be considered on a par with Science.

Science is inclusive - anyone can be a scientist and all points of views are accepted and scrutinised on their merits.

Religion is divisive, discriminatroy and and not scrutinised on its merits.

Science is updated everyday - every waking hour is filled with Scientists making new discoveries.

Religion is based on badly interpretted texts written 2000 - 3000 years ago and is not updated.

Do you still use an old Nokia from 1997? No, because new improved technology means that you have access to new improved handsets.

So why would you still adhere religious teachings that are set in stone. Even though the world is more advanced than ever.

It doesn't make sense

Thats even worse. Indians are treated terribly in Saudi. One thing we can say about Britain is that our minorities have equal status. They're allowed to practise their religions freely, to eat what they want and to be schooled and socialised with everyone else.

Ok - there is a class divide, but that affectes White brits too.

But in Saudi, the Sheiks are at the top. You cannot get Saudi citzenship. If you are not a Saudi citizen and don't have a job when you reach 18, then out you go. Doesn't matter where, but you have to go. Thats the same in most Arab states.

I refuse to even visit Saudi Arabia. My friend is a Buddhist and was harrassed in Saudi when he wanted to hold a religious alms giving

My Polish friend got seriously groped by a bunch of towelheads in Riyadh despite dressing up like a polyester Dalek. She had to run and hide in some changing rooms and wait for the bastards to leave.

I've picked holes in your opinion. I don't appologise.
I believe in science. We theorise and experiment in an effort to get the best explanations for things that we possibly can. If someone comes up with a theory of how something works, picking holes in it is the best thing we can do. That's how we expand our knowledge.
When you are talking about the really big questions like life, the universe and everything, picking holes in theories becomes even more important.
Feel free to shoot down anything I say. I welcome it. However any theory you have that I don't think floats, I'm going to try and shoot holes in so it sinks faster. It's something i believe in.
Yes you have The reason you have found so many holes in my theories is the fact you do not understand or comprehend the English written language !

Uh huh.

Your theory said all the elements needed to created life were present as soon as the universe started.

Are you still sticking with that theory even though I've explained how no atoms existed just after the big bang and that heavy elements were first formed in stars millions of years after the big bang?

Excellent. Then you'll no doubt be able to explain how you weren't talking utter tripe and the complete impossibility of your theory is somehow based on my interpretation of the English language and not your ignorance about science.

Ans.

01. Why only religion, every thing else can be misused and being misused. That does not mean you reject every thing that can be misused.

02. You are right when religion is used wisely, there is NEVER any contradiction with correct science.

03. Since science is based on human observations and human theorization, it keeps on changing and developing with time.

Fundamental teachings of religion are based on "Fundamental truth" and therefore do not change with time.

04. It is not "good quality" but a limitation of science that even its "most honored laws" change with time.

I do not comment about other religions, but Islam is based on "Most authentic" piece of revelation and preserved exactly in the same condition.

05. The Nokia phone of 1997 was having inherent defects (which are available even in the most modern sets being sold in 2014), because it is product of human efforts and knowledge which keeps on changing.

PS:

Your post shows that you do not even understand what religion is.

Religion is about things which humans cannot find themselves and even if they try, it would take them much more times and efforts.

Religion is about what will happen to you when you are dead and what is the purpose of your life on this earth.

Ask science if they can provide any answers to these question using Principles of Science!!

If something is proven to work and peer reviewable then it can transcend being mere religion and become scientific fact.

Everything that was needed to create life was there after the Big Bang and that includes what is necessary to create the elements needed for life itself ! Once again your Pedantic way with simple words stops you gaining the overall concept involved ! I cannot sit here and write volume after volume to explain each and every word and sentence to you about the origins of life, so what I do is throw out concepts I expect that people can understand without too much trouble ! But with you I was wrong ! There is no flaw in what I have previously stated Its the overall concept that you have missed !

Why don't you just stick your fingers in your ears and jump around shouting 'LA LA LA!!!!!' at the top of your voice?

You'd come over as much more mature, credible and open to reality.

No. What you do is post tripe.

You posted some theories, they all got shot down and now you've gone in a strop.

Stupidly though, you're still pretending to know what you are talking about.

So lets test your newest theory:

Was dark matter present just after the big bang?

Nothing like Black of White material was existing before Big Bang.... they all came into existence after that Big Bang...

So the question is who caused that big bang?

Why do you need a magic man to do everything you don't fully understand yet?

Plus big bangs may be nested. Check out Laura Mersini Houghton's research... oh, you won't be able to because intelligent women are haram in your bag wearing sect.
