Atheism to Defeat Religion by 2038

Apr 25, 2012 | Posted by: roboblogger | Full story: Psychology Today

My blog posts on religion have attracted a lot of controversy. Religious people are annoyed by my claim that belief in God will go the way of horse transportation, and for much the same reason, specifically an improved standard of living.

NONE of these people whom you named are relevant or known by large number of people.
They live only in history books and some experts who specialize in these matters.
It is only prophets of God and men of religion, who get an "everlasting life", their names and their teachings live in the heart of millions. That is a part of their "earthly reward"...and their real reward is from their Lord and Creator.
We Muslims never ever raise the level of our prophet to demi-god, or whatever that term means. He is a Prophet of God and we obey him and his sayings as such.
Any one who has least knowledge about religious matters, knows who are prophets of God and our prophet is the Last and Final members in that long chain, which started with Adam and ended on him.
You don't know Saladin?

I'm embarrassed for you.

Have you forgotten Vietnam?
The mighty USA biting dust at the hands of a "very poor and small nation"?
People forget their own history and past and start talking really big!!
Meh.

WW2 was the latest time the US put its full industry, technology and national sacrifice into utterly defeating an enemy.

Afghanistan after the 9/11 attack had the potential but, fortunately for that region, we had a President who was easily distracted by shiny objects in Iraq.

You are wrong Shiny objects like Iraq was "discovered" after USA was already in Afghanistan.

The "poor guy" did not KNOW that Afghanistan was not an Oil Producing country...he was "mislead" by his advisers to believe that there is too much oil in Afghanistan!!

WW-2 was the naked display what extreme nationalism and patriotism can do to humanity? If more countries had Nuke then, it would have meant the end of Civilization.

After WW-2, the Big nations decided never to fight against each other, rather use their powers to bully small nations of the world.

That is what is world's history post WW-2.

Yes we know Saladin, but he was a servant of Islam, knowing some one and getting your guidance from some one are two different things.

Would you not try to follow what Saladin did?

Remember many muslims fought for Hitler.

I've no respect for GWB but I've never seen him state Afghanistan is an oil power. Please provide sources, it's a win for me either way.

Exactly.
Religionists don't like their religious faith and their god(s) being described as what they are - superstitions.

Internet Atheists cannot come to terms with the fact that the claim of the nonexistence of deities is a belief.

Instead, Internet Atheists claim that atheism is a lack of belief (which is actually agnosticism).

The "fever" of Saladin was to get "Holy Land of Palestine" to be freed from the occupation of Crusaders.

He completed his mission and single handedly defeated the combined army of Europe.

I prey to Allah to bring a New Saladin that would remove Jewish and Zionist occupation of Holy lands once again.
