Atheism to Defeat Religion by 2038

Apr 25, 2012 | Posted by: roboblogger | Full story: Psychology Today

My blog posts on religion have attracted a lot of controversy. Religious people are annoyed by my claim that belief in God will go the way of horse transportation, and for much the same reason, specifically an improved standard of living.

With this little "fact" tidbit, you'll next be telling us that caucasians [sic] were meant to work indoors and all the other races were meant to work the fields...
no, and that's what you people did to the israelites in america, just how I showed you in deuteronomy the 28th chapter.

Matthew 4:6
And said to him, "If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down. For it is written:
He will command his angels concerning you, and 'with their hands they will support you, lest you dash your foot against a stone'"
This is Satan quoting Psalms 91:11-12.
Now it's up to you to prove to me that you aren't Satan quoting scriptures for your ends.
matthew, that's satan tempting christ, what's your point?

You mean the "last days" that was suppose to have started about 2000 years ago. Funny, 2,000 years after that "last days" we're all still here.
what are you talking about? You don't know nothing about the bible, I already shown you that you don't.

That is the apologetic lie but it doesn't work. Jesus doesn't say thousands of years in the future these things will come to pass. He clearly says that some of the children at his feet would not taste death before the end came.
What you are doing is presupposing everything in the bible must be true and so when Jesus is woefully wrong it must mean something else. You are in fact rewriting the bible! Jesus couldn't properly speak for himself? He needs a halfwit liar like you who refuses to even become a Christian say what he meant?
If so he was nothing special and not worthy of any special consideration.
<quoted text>
apology? Yeah right. I already told you and explained the scripture , you just going of now, just accept correction.

Silly.
Moohumud (spelling intentionally disrespectful) was no more a real, historical character than either your moses or your equally fictional jesus.
No actual historical support for any of these characters.
But it's hardly a surprise, that islam copied a lot of bibley stuff...
... is it?
Why re-write fiction (quoran) if there is already a nice body of fiction to steal from (bible)?
LOL!
that's a lie, blatant lie.

Irony. You are basing your entire belief on "man's opinion" but you refuse to accept anything stated by humans who actually do the real work.

Prove it:

Produce documents that are neither christian nor muslim, that prove your moohumud was a real, historical figure.

You cannot-- because he wasn't real.

Moreover? It is quite easy to show where the evil quoran was copied directly from the evil bible.

Of course, the original muslims being far more violent people, added much more violent-promoting content....

... which is saying a lot: the bible is quite violent enough.

This is supposed to be a counter to science?
This is actually an exciting question that some people have a passion to answer. It's a puzzle to figure out. And the neat thing is, as with many scientific discoveries, it will lead to more puzzles.
But I guess having all the "answers to everything", aka, the Bible, is all you need.
Why do we die? God did it.
What are the stars? God did it.
Why did your dog run away? God did it.
Every Sunday you can get the answers to your question for a small fee - God did it.
And every Sunday, some "religious" leader is counting the donations to make a bank deposit first thing Monday morning.
trying to figure it out? Lol says it all. Aren't your scientits questioning the big bang right now? Your silly . I don't do sunday worship.

2nd timothy chapter 3 verse 16, all scripture is given by inspiration of god, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction of righteousnes.

Amos chapter 3 verse 7, surely god will do nothing, but revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

Get it right.

Prove this ludicrous statement!
You will astound the world with evidence that Roman history acknowledges a person known as Jesus.
I will keep it simple, for a very simple mind
?? What was the Roman scholar or historian that mentions Jesus, THAT LIVED DURING HIS TIME?
Just to keep you honest - You can forget the following:
Josephus - Born 37 CE
Tacitus - Born 56 CE
Pliny the Younger - Born 61 CE
Suetonious - Born about 69 CE
Phlegon - Born about 80 CE
Lucian - Born 125 CE
Babylonian Talmud - 200CE
Lucian - Born 125 CE
Born AFTER the event is merely hearsay.
lol you don't know nothing either. I wil give you something, luke chapter 21 start at verse 20, what do you think the book of josepus is talking about? Prophecy documented, prophecy spoken by christ.
