My blog posts on religion have attracted a lot of controversy. Religious people are annoyed by my claim that belief in God will go the way of horse transportation, and for much the same reason, specifically an improved standard of living.

I suggest establishing large food centers for the poor, seeing as how 90% of the stolen Catholic wealth came FROM the poor over the centuries.
It would be fitting, to gut the Vatican and sell off it's trillions to feed the world's hungry.
It would almost be...
.... what the biblical Jesus commanded them to do.
What a nice bit of irony that would be!

We would hardly go to see a doctor for that, because it is not a problem, and we'd not see a doctor who was mental, it seems he would have problems of his own, and might be the one to need a psychiatrist. If he truly believes in a god or a leprechaun, then it is a sure thing, he does need to see a doctor.

As I reject the leprechauns as not concrete beings, I also reject all gods as being no more real than the leprechauns. And since neither is real, neither is considered more than an entertainment, for some of you loons and a weapon for others.

2.

I am going to show even you, how stupid you really are.

You wrote that a dumb person would say >> "I see a "car" that exist, why should I care who made it?". So with you being the only one who has ever said it, tell me dumb ass do you care who made the cars that you have seen? Does it make any difference who made them?

Ok, now why would anyone say that >> " No one created it"? Again you are the only one who has ever said that, so I am asking your dumass why you would say such a dumb thing?

Damn you religitards are dense. It almost seems that you are saying that we should see proof of a god, before believing in it, but you wouldn't ever say anything that reasonable now would you?

3.

That is what paper Allah said, and it makes no sense, because we all follow our own conjectures, it is how we manage to not fall over the cliffs.

One person sees that someone else went over the cliff and did not come back, that person tells all, and we all follow our own conjectures and we don't go over the cliffs.

We follow someone else's desires and we are doing for them , not ourselves. I desire chocolate cake, but my desires are not to be followed, right? Maybe I should follow someone else's desires? Oh I think not, that freak might want to thigh my child.

There is no proof of your paper god at all, but we have proof right here on these threads, that prove you to be a mental midget.
Ans.

1. I think you share your problem with your friend and should share an adjoining cell. Because you reject both god and leprechauns. And you have additional problem with seeing “thighs” all 24 hours of your life. You need more urgent help.

2. You can use car without ever thinking about “who made it”(but the idea that some one made it and if it breaks down I have to go to him to get it repaired)….. but the concept of Creator is not that simple.

If it was mere a “philosophical discussion” then it does not matter any way, but it is not a philosophical discussion, it is linked with “what is purpose of our life on this earth”

And more frightening is “what shall happen to me when I die”. If you think these questions are not important to you, then again you are in need to see that doctor.

3. You have no real answer as to these questions and when some one is telling you, you just make fun of him.

The only cure for such people is to face death and find out by themselves.

But you believe or do not, it would not change the realities any way.

Muq, you do realize that the ultimate penalty for not beliving in leprechauns is eternal torture, don't you? You'd have to be absolutely stupid to look at the universe and not see that the leprechauns created it. The evidence is all around you.
I am sure you did not go and saw that mental specialist I suggested.

Go to him, it would do all the good to you.

Living life in mental delusion shall get you nowhere.

And do you think, the debate is only if Creator exists or not? The real debate is what is purpose of your life and what shall happen to you when you die?

Thought about it? Or your drinking and dancing and love making (with person of your own sex) does not give you time to think about "serious matters"?

Did you find a magic lamp?

Did the genie grant you 3 wishes?

Was one of those wishes to never have to shave or bathe?

So I take it you can't prove or disprove that leprechauns are the creator of the universe? Why won't you answer the question instead of dodging it with insults? Your creator is just as plausible as leprechauns. The sooner you admit, the sooner you can leave this forum with whatever shred of dignity you think you might have.

BTW, you can't really saw a specialist. That would be assault and/or possibly murder.
MUQ wrote:

There is no debate here. You claim a creator exists. We asked you to prove it and all you gave for evidence were red herrings and arguments from ignorance. That's not debate, that's us here standing around in a circle watching you play with the sh!t in your diaper and trying to convince us it's chocolate.
MUQ wrote:

I have my own purpose and goals in my life and they none of your buisiness. When I die?:

Why did you put "kissing a man" in quotes?

I've no issue with the first three cases, but I don't need to clap approval for something so normal. My favourite is two women kissing, btw.

Of course I laugh at women in burkhas- in a free country they are truly ridiculous- but I'd never assault one, arrest one or harangue one.

I'm just not cruel enough to live in Saudi.

One thing’s for sure: humanists are poised to reach out to the growing number of “nones” and show humanism as the reason-based alternative to traditional religion.

look at a country such as Saudi Arabia. Although there is no law in place that requires citizens to be Muslim, almost all Saudi Arabian citizens are Muslim. Religious freedom is severely limited to non-existent. In 2004, the U.S. State Department declared that “freedom of religion does not exist in Saudi Arabia” and that “non-Muslim worshippers risk arrest, imprisonment, lashing, deportation and sometimes torture.”

Make of that what you will, but you'll be hard-put to indicate where religion is increasing amongst an educated and free population.

In fact? They all (religion) are.
Sure, sure-- a tiny percentage does appear to be helping people here or there-- but the cost?
The cost for this tiny-tiny return is just too high. There are better ways than religion.
