So for you it turned out that atheism didn't work for you. You needed that hand holding. You sadly were not strongminded to find your way without outside help. I am not putting you down for it. But your statement about atheism being showing more cruelty than religion is completely unfounded considering the majority of people over the centuries cleaved to religion.
No, it's called revelation, study and the realization that the profound intricacies of non-pagan Scripture and human life (more possibilities than exist in a little imagination) are impossible without Divine intervention.

Please cite the historical information that supports your statement that atheists are responsible for 300 deaths in the last 100 years. If you are talking about people like Hitler they were simply immoral people, it had nothing to do with lack of belief in a god. You really believe Hitler was an Atheist. He was Christian and drove that home many times before and during his reign. Look it up.

Exactly, he was nuts. It didn't matter that he was believer. He had an agenda and used religion to help further that agenda but it wasn't because he was a believer that he was insane but it gave him more ammo to use for his agenda. There are good people in this world and bad people. And whether you believe in jesus or allah or whatever some will do good things and some will do bad things. This is because we are all human and flawed. Sadly some of more flawed than others. No amount of belief in deities will change that.

That last is a falsehood pandered by atheists, yet demonstrated by Hitler's total guidance of Rosenberg and their absolute intention to disable and gut Christianity, their replacement of Hitler for Christ in the schools, their early and continuing attacks on Christianity and their threats of imprisonment and murder to any significant international religious influence opposing anything they did. Look it up in the archives of only the Nuremberg trials.

Otherwise, Stalin and Mao Tse Tung were virulent atheists and are alone responsible for the targeted, intentional murder of over 300 Million. That is the only thing that atheism can herald in the political realm... certainly not charity.

i agree fully you can never judge a whole religion/race/other just on the negative handfull, i mean the media only shows the bad side of everything because people prefer to watch it, it mentaly makes them feel happy about there own life to know that they are better off than others, to be honest we should be thankful, not of god since im atheist, but of where your born and how your raised.

As an atheist I will tell my children that people they love that die will always remain in their heart and mind.
On the other hand you as the believer clearly show lack of morals by your posting. You just proved how immoral and intolerant believers can be.
Yeah, but they know you mean worm food and it kills them spiritually, which is one of thousands of words atheists would scourge from our dictionaries to abuse their own children.

How do you know that? Lifeis very intricate and very profound and there has not been one teeny shred of credible evidence that any one of the THOUSANDS of gods that humans have believed in have ever existed. Seems like a pretty thin margin for divine intervention...

More likely that the universe is just a very cool place.

they alons were responsible? they didn't have millions of regular people doing the killing for them? People that, no matter what the state says did not, in fact, give up their faith? it was, in fact, people of faith and people without faith that were doing the killing of those people. Lame attempt at re-writting history, or at parroting words others told you to say.

We are called to tell you that we are all sinners yet Christ died for our sins. Believe in him today and be saved. It is not up to me to save you. God saves whom he will. I only do what I am commanded.
There is only one truth. I know each of you struggle with that and do not comprehend how or why that is. Once you are born into the family of God you will be given the answers you yearn for. They are hidden from those who deny their creator. The devil fills your head with lies and confusion. Denial of God is worship of Satan. You are unwitting participants, but that is the bitter irony of it all. You don't believe in either, but in that unbelief, you honor the evil one.
Know that one day, your past will play out; each time you were told the good news and rejected it, will flash before your eyes. You will recall every single opportunity with painful accuracy. It is Gods will that every person be given the chance to chose. Also know that every soul that you helped lead down the path to destruction will be counted against you. We will each be held accountable for all that we did; good and bad.
The day of judgement is at hand. Repent.
Jesus loves you.
There is nothing more to be said here.

Godwin Law evoked!

Hitler was a Christian his own words!

Hitler Speaks in Munich

In boundless love as a Christian and as a man I read through the passage which tells us how the Lord at last rose in His might and seized the scourge to drive out of the Temple the brood of vipers and of adders. How terrific was His fight for the world against the Jewish poison. Today, after two thousand years, with deepest emotion I recognize more profoundly than ever before - the fact that it was for this that He had to shed His blood upon the Cross. As a Christian I have no duty to allow myself to be cheated, but I have the duty to be a fighter for truth and justice. And as a man I have the duty to see to it that human society does not suffer the same catastrophic collapse as did the civilization of the ancient world some two thousand years ago - a civilization which was driven to its ruin through this same Jewish people.

Most importantly... Atheism embodies no particular ideology, world view or dogma and cannot be justified as any significant factor in the activities of these people.

If anything, the lack of belief in a supernatural overlord leaves one to respect the importance of all of mankind peacefully coexisting, because unlike in religious doctrine, the penalties one may face for immoral acts are often levied in the material world, during the life of the perpetrator.

Indeed to the founder of communist doctrines, Karl Marx (1818-1883), atheism, was just a stage on the path to communism, and it was ultimately "unreal" and "no longer needed" by socialism and communism.

This is what Karl Marx himself said about atheism: "Atheism as a denial of this unreality; has no longer any meaning, for atheism is a denial of God and tries to assert through this negation the existence of man; but socialism as such no longer needs this mediation."

Consider this statement carefully!

If Karl Marx, the intellectual founder of Marxism and communism, repudiated atheism as meaningless and no longer needed, how then could atheism be considered the cause of the atrocities committed under communism?

Remember the words of Adolph Hitler: "To the Christian Doctrine of the infinite significance of the individual human soul, I oppose with icy clarity the saving doctrine of a nothingness and insignificance of the human being." Remember Karl Marx in mirroring precisely this foul sentiment: "The democratic concept of man is false because it is Christian. The democratic concept holds that each man is a sovereign being. This is the illusion, dream and postulate of Christianity." Then consider that embraced in the words of our Declaration of Independence in its references to mankind's liberty under God and also the words of William Penn: "Those who are not governed by God are ruled by tyrants."

Like most atheists arrogantly and falsely asserting they remember anything about being young. Atheists are firstly control freaks and the fruit is seen in their aimless, confused offspring.

Um no they don't know I mean worm food unless believers put it in their head. It does not kill them spiritually because again, unless they are bombarded with the propaganda of religion and intolerance of its believers they would never hear those words. Sadly since religion is still with us they will be made to feel inferior by the likes of people like you. I will do everything in my power to make sure believers don't taint their heads with hocus pocus.

And there are plenty of agnostics that are spirtual but don't believe a word of the mumbo jumbo organized religion spews. I have more respect for them because at least they are open minded and don't cleave to book of unsubstantiated myths like its oxygen to them.

No atheists of America are not in the closet. They are the most active half percent(+/-) of society there is! LOL If it were not so, then no one would have ever heard of taking the Ten commandments down or God off the currency or no pledge or anything else being battled in the courts by the atheists. No other minute fraction of society gets so much time in the limelight. Attention commanding bunch gotta give em that. Determined against all odds to see the nation crumble.
