Do "has" and "is" mean the same? Yes or no?
'is-is'.

Do notice the ONLY argument poor SuperFAG can 'win' is when he invents my side of the argument, insists he is quoting me, and then comes up with a 'witty' response.

Funny how I can take EXACTLY what he says and said and pull down his panties and show the world his tiny grapes.

Nobody, despite your continual spin, denies that Britain has a monarchy.
SuperFAG writes:
If Britain is a monarchy then the Queen should have legislative powers.

She does not.

Thus, Britain's system of government is not a monarchy.

Is Vatican City a county, Meatball?

As the old saying goes: Everyone is entitled to his own opinion, but not his own facts.

It's nice to see you deny the FACT that Sweden is a monarchy and that Vatican City is a country in the same breath, though.

PS: Meatball: it only takes *ONE* king of Sweden to prove my point.

NotBot.

NotBots get to make such pronouncements.

Sweden is a monarchy, he doesn't like it but then he had to but in when other NotBots decided to insist that (likewise) UK wasn't a monarchy.

They insist they can have their own version of "facts".

I'm an old fashion guy: if you have a king or queen as head of state, you have a monarchy.

Having a constitution has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not a state is a monarchy- anymore than having a flag does.

What has something to do with whether a state is a monarchy, Meatball- and this is the tricky part: is if it has a monarch, yes or no.

PS: You've established yourself as a liar when you refused to acknowledge the FACT that Vatican City is indeed a country.
